Hotel in zona Decathlon Saint-Germain-En-Laye Chambourcy, Poissy

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel almeno 7 volte negli ultimi anni, poi, causa Covid, per 3 anni non ci siamo più andati, sino ad oggi, 29 luglio 2022. Se prima era un piacere soggiornarvi, ora è un disastro. La struttura è sporca, polvere, ragnatele, insetti, addirittura mutande dell'ospite precedente. Wc rotto, maniglia del bagno rotta, asta tapparelle rotta, spazzola wc e asciugamani x doccia assenti, lenzuola macchiate. Pagato 75 euro a testa senza colazione e oltre a trovare questo schifo, il ristorante era chiuso, il personale svogliato, i tavoli all'esterno sporchi. Insomma, una vera delusione, uno schifo unico, sicuramente non ci ritorneremo.

Una calvatrice! Dopo 3 ore di strada, avevamo solo un desiderio, posare, mettere i bambini a letto e accendere la TV ... avevamo prenotato una camera familiare via prenotazione, camera bambini in mezzanina, super simpatica sulle foto, recensioni di prenotazione favorevoli di un primo premio ... Arrivo in posizione , 21h, nessuno a accoglienza , un vigile non molto amabile , che vi lascia aspettare fuori nel freddo con i bambini indicando che è necessario fare la coda per accedere allo schermo di prenotazione , Una possibilita' per noi, un solo coppia paziente prima di noi, Quando il nostro numero di resa, impossibile trovarci, o un interfono vicino ci ha collegato con un signore molto gentile che ci ha trasmesso il nostro numero di camera così come il codice della porta . Arrivo nella stanza : aspirapolvere chiaramente non passato , moquette sporche , nessun letto bambino nonostante la mia richiesta alla risa ( nostro figlio di 17 mesi a dormire tra noi , non potevamo lasciarlo dormire su un letto in altezza su una mezzanina con una barriera che non si fermava ! ) In altre parole, abbiamo comunque potuto lavare i bambini nel bagno sabot, che si dice passando , ci ha fatto ridere 😅, abbiamo cercato di accendere la televisione : più segnale !! Non è stata collegata all'antenna! Diverse tentativi di ”giocare ” con il cavo d'antenna .. ma niente! Così piu' niente TV! Non grave, si dice che si sarebbe collegato il telefono ma .... Impossibile! Chewing-gum collo nella presa! Cf foto Per informazioni camera 52, divieto! Questa mattina, nonostante una notte non è in cima, ci siamo detto che un piccolo dej prima della nostra fuga parigiana sarebbe simpatico ... Ma la sala d'accoglienza si immerge nel nero alle 7:30.... Ah non apre che alle 7:30 il sabato ..... bene... grazie a !!! L'esperienza non ripete mai! Noi non consigliamo molto questo hotel Bb!

Home molto simpatico anche se siamo arrivati dopo 23h. Camera familiare spaziosa e piacevole. Camera confortevole. Wi-Fi accessibile molto facilmente. Colazione copiata e di buona qualità, sia per i piccoli che per i grandi. Parcheggio disponibile.

We visited just for the weekend and what an amazing time it was. The staff on reception were professional and welcoming, speaking a number of different languages, including English, as did all the staff we encountered during our stay. I was so thankful for this as I saw one of the reviews which stated an expectation to speak French, this was simply not the case for us. We had a fabulous spacious 4th floor room on the park side with a small balcony. The bed was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in so far and the slippers provided, a much better quality that those in other hotels and we have been to a fair few. The bathroom was great, but just a word of caution if having a soak in the tub as it’s very prone to slipping due to the shape. A rubber mat for inside the bath is provided for you to use. Breakfast was a buffet only (no menu) and was very limited, although you can order a number of different egg dishes. There was just one chef and a bit of a queue. I don’t think this was unusual as there was a polite notice asking guests to come back once they have placed their order, which I did and maybe I shouldn’t have as it seemed that my order was then put on the back burner. I know this as I saw countless others guest getting their orders in and receiving their dishes before me. It’s only when I approached the station that the chef then went to get my order. The eggs Benedict received was ok but very close to being hard boiled and I prefer a runny yolk. The breakfast experience overall was ok, with staff being very polite when you asked them something, but this could have been better by them checking in to see if we had everything we needed, e.g. more coffee. I always think when it comes to hotels and indeed in life that ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ and so far this year we’ve had exceptional service at breakfast from the Westin Palace Madrid and a truly amazing buffet with options to order extra dishes at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna, both of which renewed my faith in the hotel breakfast experience, so I know more can be done here at this hotel. We didn’t swim in the pool but it was a good size. The gym was amazing if you like like to keep your exercise up whilst away and the staff were very friendly. A tip for guests wanting to visit Versailles Palace & gardens, get you tickets from the concierge if you haven’t booked in advance. Indeed we hadn’t booked in advance and there were no tickets on the website when looked, so we were so relieved when we asked the concierge about this. One of the highlights of our stay has to be the view from our balcony at night of the Bastille fireworks, this was simply outstanding and totally unexpected, an experience which we aim to replicate next year and will return. My husband & I travel often for work and I have never seen a WORSE place than this hotel. It used to be Oliviarus but is clearly under new management & staff. The new owner has shut off all the air conditioners so in the summer time the lobby & rooms feel like saunas. They clean the rooms ONLY on Tuesdays & we had to beg the staff for toilet paper. My husband asked for soap for the first time after 5 days and he was shouted at for 4 minutes straight by the cleaning crew! They only gave us 1 key card even though we were 2 ppl. They charge you 10Euros for the 2nd card because all they care about is making money. The first night I was there I was yelled at by STEPHAN for daring to object to this. The 3rd night I was there I was yelled at him again to daring to ask for help at the reception desk. On the 4th night I was there I tripped on one of their cheap rugs and ripped my big toe open on a piece of glass. Nobody asked if I was okay. They did not even have any bandaids. They actually tried blaming it on me. They did not comp anything - did not even help with my hospital bill. The other guy there actually made ****** comments towards my friend - saying that “Iranians just like to talk and talk.” When I tried to find out Stephan’s name he refused to tell me and actually asked me to leave. The other staff told me the next day that they were not authorized to tell anyone his name. The staff, the owner and this entire hotel needs to be shut down. Please do not go here. You will only regret it.

L'hotel è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Versailles Rive Gauche. Abbiamo arrivato prima del check-in alle 3:00, ma siamo riusciti a lasciare il nostro bagaglio mentre andavamo a pranzo molto bello. Siamo stati nella camera 41 al secondo piano - la camera era ben decorata e di dimensioni ragionevoli, con un letto grande e confortevole, te' e caffè gratuito. Nel lobby ci sono stati anche pascoli che potevamo aiutarci, che erano un toccante, non c’era con d’aria nella stanza, ma c’erano due grandi fan e potevamo aprire la finestra che aiutava un po’ mentre era caldo durante la nostra visita. La prossima strada (Rue de Satory) era una buona scelta di ristoranti e un paio di bar. Ci siamo fermati una notte di domenica, che ha significato che alcuni posti erano chiusi, ma non avevamo problemi a prendere un pasto e un po' di bevande.

Pour une visite rapide, au top, rien de plus à dire, merci particulièrement à Abdoulaye à l'accueil de l'hôtel qui a été génial avec nous et à su répondre à toute nos attentes très agréablement. Je recommande !

Per visitare Versailles scegliamo questo Relais & Chateaux a pochi minuti di macchina, immerso nel verde del Parco di Saint Cloud, dove abbiamo trascorso 2 notti. Accoglienza ottima da parte del personale di Reception, garage gratuito, Junior Suite con ampio terrazzo attrezzato, tranquillo, e rilassante vista sul parco. Piccolo omaggio dolce come soci R&C, in bagno oltre alle solite toiletries c’erano anche peeling, creme e maschere, un'attenzione in più. Peccato il personale a colazione, svogliato e disinteressato, decisamente non in linea con il resto dello staff. Una mattina una cliente ha dovuto entrare in cucina per chiamare gli addetti perchè erano spariti e non c’era nessuno in sala…malissimo. Anche noi abbiamo avuto un paio di spiacevoli episodi con loro, piccole cose che però non devono succedere e delle quali abbiamo parlato con la Responsabile della Reception. Il buffet per colazione discreto, anche con qualcosa di tipicamente francese (il clafoutis per esempio) benché spiccatamente sbilanciato sul dolce. Bella terrazza che sembrava in uso per la colazione (come dettoci al check-in) ma che invece non lo era, spiegazione del motivo non pervenuta (non pioveva, non faceva freddo…c’erano tutte le condizioni per fare colazione fuori ma la risposta alla nostra richiesta è stata un laconico “no”). Turn down ben eseguito con acqua, biscotti e tisane. Un piacevole indirizzo, peccato davvero per il pessimo staff della colazione, ma bene tutto il resto, quindi giudizio positivo.

Per Parigi ad un costo così basso non si può chiedere di più. Staff molto cordiale veramente complimenti.

Il Giardino di Saint Cloud superava le aspettative! Quando ho prenotato, ho letto recensioni che lamentavano che era lontano da Central Paris, che è vero, quindi se questo è un problema, potrebbe non essere un'adeguata. Tuttavia, era perfetto per noi! Abbiamo visitato amici a Saint Cloud. Il giardino ci ha permesso di effettuare il transito pubblico verso la Parigi centrale. È lungo la strada da T2, una passeggiata a piedi verso una delle linee M, e una passeggiata molto intensa verso L. Abbiamo facilmente raggiunto le nostre attività nella città ogni mattina e siamo tornati ogni pomeriggio in tempo per visitare i nostri amici per la sera. Le camere erano pulite e molto più spaziose di quanto non mi aspettassi (prenotavamo una suite). La piscina era grande per i miei 9 anni e il colazione era piacevole. Il personale era amichevole e utile! Se siamo abbastanza fortunati a tornare in Francia per visitare i nostri amici, ci prenoteremo di nuovo al 100%!
