Highly assessed: 1. Good location of hotel 2. Very satisfactory 3. Staff very friendly 4. Boss immediately engages in the problems, meticulously vertyfing if a customer is satisfied after she has seen to a problem reported. The boss does not let it go until the problem is sovled. 5. Good quality of breakfast Room for improvement: 1. Cleanliness of exterior. I found the door and walls below the window not clean. This could be simply managed with a cloth. I would recommend to prepare a chacklist and the schedule when something needs to be cleaned (if not implemented) 2. Cleanliness of interior. a. What was reported to the boss: - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of walls. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accomondation) - Hair on the walls in the bathroom (not solved during the accommotation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of radiators both in the bathroom and in the room. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accommodation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of curtains (partially solved during accommodation but this was explained why this was solved like that) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of switches ( solved by myself) - My colleague, to whom another room was rented did not faced the same troubles - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of the middle bed. It seemed to me as if somebody was lying that full in sweat (the boss did not comfirmed my feelings, however I had been persistant in telling that the problem has not been solved. I think this need to be rechecked by sniffing deply the pillow and the mattress, in particular. I think that taking off a pillowcase and a bedsheet will help to see it better.) b. Not reported to the boss: - Cleanliness of the mirrors. My general impression was that the same cloth has been used for every surfaces cleaned. - Cleanliness of the TV set (both rooms) - I have poured hot water in to a tea cup and I found that the edge of the coup no clean. This seemed to be a kind of a lipstick

My husband & I travel often for work and I have never seen a WORSE place than this hotel. It used to be Oliviarus but is clearly under new management & staff. The new owner has shut off all the air conditioners so in the summer time the lobby & rooms feel like saunas. They clean the rooms ONLY on Tuesdays & we had to beg the staff for toilet paper. My husband asked for soap for the first time after 5 days and he was shouted at for 4 minutes straight by the cleaning crew! They only gave us 1 key card even though we were 2 ppl. They charge you 10Euros for the 2nd card because all they care about is making money. The first night I was there I was yelled at by STEPHAN for daring to object to this. The 3rd night I was there I was yelled at him again to daring to ask for help at the reception desk. On the 4th night I was there I tripped on one of their cheap rugs and ripped my big toe open on a piece of glass. Nobody asked if I was okay. They did not even have any bandaids. They actually tried blaming it on me. They did not comp anything - did not even help with my hospital bill. The other guy there actually made ****** comments towards my friend - saying that “Iranians just like to talk and talk.” When I tried to find out Stephan’s name he refused to tell me and actually asked me to leave. The other staff told me the next day that they were not authorized to tell anyone his name. The staff, the owner and this entire hotel needs to be shut down. Please do not go here. You will only regret it.

Pour une visite rapide, au top, rien de plus à dire, merci particulièrement à Abdoulaye à l'accueil de l'hôtel qui a été génial avec nous et à su répondre à toute nos attentes très agréablement. Je recommande !

Hotel molto rumoroso estiva in periferia dell'A12 e strada principale, la televisione di 17 anni o mancavano quattro catene e filo di antenna da riprendere in un altro studio, finestre di finestre sporche, soglia di balcone, tavolo e sedie sporche da pulire. Uno va e viene incessante da auto asiatiche che ruotano e parlano cinese sul balcone, super. Un'immigrazione fatta in Africa, che viene ospitata gratuitamente dai contribuenti, da assumere per ripiccare l'hotel e cambiare i moquette sporchi invece di pulire tutto il giorno. I letti gemelli per gli asiatici che non hanno il diritto di riprodursi a causa di sovrapopolazione, non confortevoli, quindi nessuna copertina di polvere, quindi l'allarme dell'albergo si scioglie sempre. Non in realtà- tutto per cucinare patate con acqua, non una caffetteria, solo una bollita di mia nonna che non serve più a nulla, perché una caffetteria Krups, a capsule, costa 59€ e fa buon caffè o tè. Non c'è riduzione per i soggiorni di lunga durata dei pensionati francesi, solo una mano, il giorno del partenza, il direttore che ha ucciso per 15 giorni si va dal mondo e dovrebbe essere sostituito da una donna, a 62 anni credo più Signore, signore, andate a Zenitude, Magny le Hameaux che è ben tenuto da una donna, tranquillo e in natura. Pietra che cerca di aiutare i clienti dovrebbe essere nominato capo di ricevimento per migliorare il servizio, non è sufficiente pagare.

We visited just for the weekend and what an amazing time it was. The staff on reception were professional and welcoming, speaking a number of different languages, including English, as did all the staff we encountered during our stay. I was so thankful for this as I saw one of the reviews which stated an expectation to speak French, this was simply not the case for us. We had a fabulous spacious 4th floor room on the park side with a small balcony. The bed was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in so far and the slippers provided, a much better quality that those in other hotels and we have been to a fair few. The bathroom was great, but just a word of caution if having a soak in the tub as it’s very prone to slipping due to the shape. A rubber mat for inside the bath is provided for you to use. Breakfast was a buffet only (no menu) and was very limited, although you can order a number of different egg dishes. There was just one chef and a bit of a queue. I don’t think this was unusual as there was a polite notice asking guests to come back once they have placed their order, which I did and maybe I shouldn’t have as it seemed that my order was then put on the back burner. I know this as I saw countless others guest getting their orders in and receiving their dishes before me. It’s only when I approached the station that the chef then went to get my order. The eggs Benedict received was ok but very close to being hard boiled and I prefer a runny yolk. The breakfast experience overall was ok, with staff being very polite when you asked them something, but this could have been better by them checking in to see if we had everything we needed, e.g. more coffee. I always think when it comes to hotels and indeed in life that ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ and so far this year we’ve had exceptional service at breakfast from the Westin Palace Madrid and a truly amazing buffet with options to order extra dishes at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna, both of which renewed my faith in the hotel breakfast experience, so I know more can be done here at this hotel. We didn’t swim in the pool but it was a good size. The gym was amazing if you like like to keep your exercise up whilst away and the staff were very friendly. A tip for guests wanting to visit Versailles Palace & gardens, get you tickets from the concierge if you haven’t booked in advance. Indeed we hadn’t booked in advance and there were no tickets on the website when looked, so we were so relieved when we asked the concierge about this. One of the highlights of our stay has to be the view from our balcony at night of the Bastille fireworks, this was simply outstanding and totally unexpected, an experience which we aim to replicate next year and will return. Per Parigi ad un costo così basso non si può chiedere di più. Staff molto cordiale veramente complimenti.

L'hotel è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Versailles Rive Gauche. Abbiamo arrivato prima del check-in alle 3:00, ma siamo riusciti a lasciare il nostro bagaglio mentre andavamo a pranzo molto bello. Siamo stati nella camera 41 al secondo piano - la camera era ben decorata e di dimensioni ragionevoli, con un letto grande e confortevole, te' e caffè gratuito. Nel lobby ci sono stati anche pascoli che potevamo aiutarci, che erano un toccante, non c’era con d’aria nella stanza, ma c’erano due grandi fan e potevamo aprire la finestra che aiutava un po’ mentre era caldo durante la nostra visita. La prossima strada (Rue de Satory) era una buona scelta di ristoranti e un paio di bar. Ci siamo fermati una notte di domenica, che ha significato che alcuni posti erano chiusi, ma non avevamo problemi a prendere un pasto e un po' di bevande.

An excellent new hotel, with helpful and friendly staff, a chic bar and restaurant, comfortable rooms and a vibrant feel. I stayed in a UNIK room (there are four categories to choose from), this was a very good size with double bed, desk area, safe, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and an open plan wardrobe. The bathroom had ample space to the side of the sink. The shower was walk in, big and had two heads. Shower gel and shampoo in large dispensers Restaurant provided quality and ample food at both breakfast and dinner. Bar is cool with fun decoration. Both are on the top floor of the building so the views are good. Gym well equipped and on the first floor. The nearest train station is 10 mins walk at Le Stade. Trains every 15 mins to St Lazare in central Paris and the journey is 15 mins. A combination of buses 176/276 and Tram 2 will get you to La Defense, or on foot it is about an hours walk. This is a quality and good value hotel. I was working at the nearby Business Park, but for tourists to Paris or business trips to La Defence it could make a excellent and affordable base rather than the over priced more central hotels.

Questo hotel è grande. Il personale era caldo e accogliente e utile con la mia scarsa capacità di parlare francese. La posizione è grande, vicino alla stazione di metro della linea M che va a quasi tutti i siti turistici. Visto la torre Eiffel e il trionfo dell'Arco, c'è un centro commerciale vicino a quello che puoi prendere qualcosa da mangiare. Le camere sono grandi come le bagni. Letti molto confortevoli e puliti. L'hotel è decorato con gusto e non posso dire abbastanza di quanto il personale sia stato utile. L'unico punto di svolta è stato tutto nella zona, tranne il centro commerciale è chiuso domenica e lunedì, compreso il ristorante all'hotel. Ma hanno ancora riuscito a farmi un drink quando ne avevo bisogno, e molto rapidamente, mi hanno chiamato anche al mio cellulare e mi hanno consigliato di chiudere, l'unica domanda era che non avevo una carta SIM per l'Europa, quindi non ho ricevuto il messaggio finché non sono tornato a casa. Ci sono riusciti.Non esitavamo a restare di nuovo qui.Torneremo, ma martedì.Ho trovato tutti che siamo venuti a contatto con Parigi meraviglioso.Sono caldi, amichevoli, gentili e accoglienti con il nostro povero francese. Mi rivolgerò alle mie competenze linguistiche e tornerò presto.Vedrò Julie al divano frontale, non posso pensare a nessuno più bello da salutare.
