Paradise Beach by Horizon Holidays

During reservation process, notify customers and give full transparency regarding noise levels from ongoing construction projects. We stayed in the penthouse apartment. The constant construction noise from next door, early morning until night, made our stay unbearable and not worth the cost. We were woken up early every day from the ongoing noise and could not relax. Despite requesting compensation, our concerns were ignored. Ignoring customer feedback without taking action is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed with lack of consideration when requesting compensation. We had booked months in advance, we would have never known before arriving that there was renovation works with drilling, heavy machinery, workers shouting, they would have clearly known there was and did not care to inform us. Had we been informed, we would have never chose to book and not choose to spend our money here. We had no orientation session upon arrival, the resort manager only turned up the day after we arrived. Overcharging €95 for an airport shuttle per way when airport is only 16mins away whilst a taxi for two cost us only €28 is unreasonable. There was a lack of food options, the resort lacks a restaurant/bar, on-demand chef service or food delivery, in house chef services require booking 2 days in advance, whereas other resorts provide breakfast and dining options on-site. Lots of mould in the bathtub and encountered a large cockroach crawling out from under the fridge, cockroaches are known to spread harmful bacteria like listeria, and is particularly dangerous for pregnant women. Sadly, this stay did not match the price or quality we expected. Recommend that you can find better with the price we paid.

Our family found the rooms to be clean and spacious. Its right on a beautiful stretch of beach, (plus the pool is really nice too)..all located close to nearby food market.

Welcoming at the resort was done by Ms Jashvani, she is very helpful.. Highly recommended.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The kitchen is fully equipped , pool was awesome Nice view, relaxing time, housekeeping service, everyone are nice and friendly You have direct access to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location was perfect, right on the beach so we had wonderful views of the ocean. It’s what I call the windier side of the island, and as such it is perfect for kite surfing, boating and speedboats of which we saw plenty. The apartment was superb. Very spacious, open and airy. Clean and modern throughout. It has everything you need, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cutlery, plates and utensils etc all amenities. Even an umbrella just in case of rain! TV and free wifi included, plenty of seating both indoors and out as well as sun loungers and access to a dedicated lounge area closer to the beach with 2 loungers and shaded canopy. The rooms were large all with en-suite facilities. Loads of storage and wardrobe space. Lovely powerful showers as well! All rooms are nicely decorated and to a high standard of finish. There is a dedicated parking space for each apartment if you have a car and spaces for visitors as well. Security 24/7 as well. Would definitely visit again. Jashvani was an excellent host and manager and very helpful. All the staff on site were amazing, working hard to keep everything looking great from security to house keeping to garden maintenance. All wonderful & happy staff and very polite. Made us feel at home. Thank you to everyone here and all at Horizon!

Very well equipped kitchen - fully functional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, laundry rack, adequate and ample cutlery and kitchen utensils. Spacious rooms and living areas. We could see the stars and moon and great sea view from the balcony while having breakfast and dinner. The staff were warm and welcoming and accommodating. Special thanks to Ms. Jashvani, Karine, Martine and the security guard.

⸻ ⭐ 1/5 – Maison très chère, nuits blanches, confort indigne : une grosse désillusion Séjour du 21 mai au 2 juin 2025, réservé depuis la France via l’agence HORIZON pour une maison située à Paradis Beach, Pointe d’Isigny. À notre arrivée, la vue sur l’océan et l’accès direct à la plage nous ont immédiatement séduits. Mais la suite a été un enchaînement de désillusions graves, indignes du prix payé. ⸻ ❌ Des nuits blanches à répétition Le bruit assourdissant et constant de la climatisation du voisin du dessus a rendu notre séjour invivable. Nous n’avons pas dormi pendant plusieurs nuits. épuisés nous n’avons pas pu se reposer du tout. Malgré nos signalements répétés, aucune vraie solution n’a été apportée. Un “bricolage” rudimentaire a été tenté avec deux parpaings posés sur la clim… évidemment sans effet. Ce bruit électrique est non seulement insupportable, mais dangereux à terme (risque de décharge ou d’incendie). Nous avons finalement été contraints d’aller dormir ailleurs à nos frais pour trouver un peu de repos. C’est inacceptable à ce niveau de prestation. ⸻ ❌ Piscine mensongère, collée au parking La photo de la piscine est trompeuse. En réalité, elle est située juste à côté d’un parking, sans aucune intimité ni entretien. C’est simple : personne n’a voulu s’y baigner. Si j’avais vu ça à la réservation, je n’aurais jamais pris cette maison. ⸻ ❌ Logement mal entretenu et inconfortable • Plusieurs soirs sans eau chaude. • Cuisine mal nettoyée, j’ai dû tout désinfecter moi-même à l’arrivée. • Cafetière manquante, apportée après réclamation. • Tiroirs cassés dans une chambre, qui s’ouvrent tout seuls : nous nous cognions sans arrêt. • Wi-Fi presque inutilisable, nous avons été coupés du monde plusieurs jours malgré plusieurs tentatives de dépannage. • Chasse d’eau bruyante du voisin du dessus jour et nuit. Le calme n’est revenu qu’après son départ. • Transats inutilisables, dissimulés dans les feuillages à droite sur la plage. Nous avons dû en emprunter ailleurs pour pouvoir nous allonger. ⸻ ❌ Réactions inadaptées de la propriétaire Malgré nos plaintes répétées, aucune prise en compte sérieuse de la part de la propriétaire. Le seul “geste” proposé : une nuit gratuite lors d’un futur séjour… alors que nous ne remettrons jamais les pieds dans cette maison. Un ménage quotidien a été offert (au lieu de deux passages), comme si cela allait compenser nos nuits sans sommeil, l’inconfort, l’eau froide et l’angoisse du bruit électrique permanent. ⸻ ❌ Prix totalement injustifié Cette maison est louée à un prix exorbitant, sans que le service, le confort ni la tranquillité ne suivent. Aucun standing, aucune écoute, aucun respect pour les vacanciers. ⸻ ❗ En résumé Un séjour gâché, des vacances épuisantes, des plaintes ignorées et aucune réelle solution. Je déconseille formellement ce logement. L’agence Horizon devrait retirer ce bien de sa sélection tant qu’il ne sera pas rénové, révisé, et géré correctement. 👉 Je compte parta
