Pandanus Palms Holiday Resort

If you’re planning a trip to Point Lookout, I can’t recommend Pandanus Palm Resort enough! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The location is unbeatable, nestled in a peaceful setting yet conveniently close to stunning beaches, walking trails, and local cafes. The accommodation was spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen, cozy lounge area, and private balcony with ocean views made it feel like a true home away from home. The resort’s facilities are a standout. The swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip, and the tennis courts added a fun activity to our trip. There’s also easy access to nearby surf beaches and breathtaking lookouts—perfect for nature lovers and beach enthusiasts. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. Their local tips on where to eat and explore were invaluable. For future holidaymakers, Pandanus Palm Resort is the ideal choice for a relaxing getaway. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, family, or group of friends, this resort offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. I cannot wait to return!

The property we stayed in was lovely. The views were gorgeous from the balcony. The apartment had everything we needed including a massive bbq and outdoor area. Only slight issue was one toilet seat was very old and needs updating and a few of the sliding doors need oiling. Other than that, everything was thought of and included. Communication on the day was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed Stradbroke Island and would absolutely recommend this property as a place to stay. The pool was welcomed at the end of the day after being in the beach whilst the tennis court was an added bonus. Will return one day. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We would have liked air conditioning but the fans were good too. So beautiful and clean , pool was amazing and the rooms were very well equipped. Also Wayne is nice.

We had an enjoyable three night stay at Pandanus Palms. Although we were initially allocated to an incorrect room (that had clearly not yet been cleaned), this was quickly corrected by the on-site managers and all was good. The upstairs/downstairs layout was roomy enough, and the kitchen facilities and living/dining area worked well. Bed was comfy, shower was fine (we were aware it was just a single bathroom for the 2 bedroom apartment). You could get a distant view of the water from the upstairs verandah - only accessible from the main bedroom - so while this was nice, there are probably better options if a great water view is a priority for you. We didn't make use of the pool but did enjoy the tennis court. While not within (easy) walking distance of the main attractions / shops / cafes of Point Lookout, it was only ever a short drive to get to where you wanted - we particularly enjoyed the gorge walk and kicking back with a coffee / drink enjoying the view and passing activity overlooking the ocean on the main ***** at Point Lookout.

Excellent service and very flexible. I requested an early check-in, and it was no problem—they made all the necessary arrangements. Pickleball was a hit, and the view and serenity were magnificent. I absolutely recommend the staff for their exceptional service and flexibility. Room 34 had everything we needed, but it does require a dusting on the skirting boards, the top of the fridge, and the blinds. A thicker doona would have been appreciated, as it was cold on the first night. If you are visiting, please do not feed the wildlife—they can become aggressive. A tame kookaburra even snatched food off our plate.

Wow Pandanus really turned it up for our stay. From the beautiful accomodation comfy beds clean spacious bathrooms to the whales you could see from the balcony. The Kangaroos with joey's that visited each day the kookaburras the plovers the curlews and the storm bird. The Sunrises and Sunsets absolutely breathtaking. Every day was spent enjoying every last minute of our time here. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the acvomodation was well equipped with absolutely everything we needed. What a great place would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy a little piece of paradise on North Stradbroke Island.
