Here's the text for you to copy: "A VERY UNPLEASANT experience! I tried to make a reservation at this location two weeks in advance, first by phone. I called the reception requesting a room with a double bed and a balcony... where I was told 'Oh no, we only have a few rooms like that... and I can't help you' all said in a condescending and disdainful tone! Thinking it was just a one-time thing and we all have bad days... I tried to do the same thing, online, on the website... where I was told that although there is availability, I cannot be guaranteed to receive such a room until check-in... I tried to understand the rationale behind the decisions of this hotel by sending the following email: 'If I make a firm reservation, can you provide a proforma and I pay, so you can reserve the specific room?! I don't understand! I haven't encountered this situation before... check availability and reserve the room, it's very simple!... I see that I still insist on being your guest :))) and... I don't know what to believe! Please tell me if you can help me with my request or if I should go to another location, thank you!' No one bothered to respond to this email! We're talking about a 4-star hotel in Poiana Brasov...." PS: What should I believe? If I give you a good tip, maybe you will give me the requested room?
