Sunset Split Rooms

Mi aspettavo di più dall'hotel e sono rimasto deluso.Durante il mio soggiorno a Spalato per 4 giorni, non conto i giorni 1 e 4 poiché sono arrivato molto tardi il primo giorno e il 4 sono partito molto presto. Per quanto riguarda il servizio di pulizia carente, non è sufficiente, la mia stanza non è stata pulita, di cui ho parlato con l'amministratore e gli ho fatto capire che due volte che non è stato fatto era troppo. Incluso in quanto sopra non c'era il cambio degli asciugamani. Per quanto riguarda la colazione carente, poca varietà, si partiva dalle 8 alle 10 e se andavi alle 9 non c'era quasi più cibo e non c'era sostituzione, come per la stanza, senza dettagli come servire un tè, caffè, tazze e thermos che penso faccia la differenza in termini di preoccupazione. La cosa migliore dell'hotel è che ha una vista sul mare, un ristorante in un settore che praticamente non esiste e una spiaggia diretta che esce dall'hotel con pochissime persone che ci vanno, ma è abbastanza lontano dalla città.

The location was excellent and right by the water; the sea was lovely and so clean. You could see another side of Split from the beach area. However, the place is managed like an apartment which we did not know ahead of time. So we had one towel each, no chairs to sit on (only furniture was a bed and a bedside table). When we went to the beach, we had to pay for towels, pay for chairs, pay for umbrellas and there was hardly anyone ever at the reception to ask a question of. We had to buy our own soap and shampoo. we had cups in the room but no coffee... It should be advertised as is so that people know what to expect.

Good staff and cheap rooms! Buffet could have more variety.

This is the perfect little hotel on the beach! The staff who run the hotel, are a lovely family, who went out of the way to help us. We stayed towards the end of September so Podstrana and Split, seemed to be leaving peek season which is perfect for us! This also means the beach and beach bar at the hotel is not to busy, which was perfect! The rooms are clean and modern and the hotel and bar are to. We had a room with a side balcony, so are view was not ocean view, and surprisingly quiet. The fact there is a bar and restaurant below, we where not disturbed once. I think the rooms are nicer than some of the online photos, we where presently surprised all round its generally nicer than the photos. Again normally with hotels its the opposite ! Bar and restaurant has a huge range of drinks and cocktails! Very fresh food, and the portions are huge! The breakfast is fantastic, they will cook you omelettes, bacon etc on request, which personally I prefer as its fresh. There is continental to, breads and meats cheese, cereal, fresh pastries and fresh fruit. They have loads of spreads and pate etc and yogurts. Alongside fresh juices and coffees. As far as breakfast included in a stay goes 10/10. We arrived early so they did make effort to arrange are room, which was nice and are credit card had a issue with paying, so the lady spent 30 minutes talking to our bank and there’s, in tern it was a problem with there merchant bank. Most receptions would not go to this length to help with a payment. So all in all the management is exceptional! Its the perfect location for relaxing and if you like a smaller more family run vibe. As it was a last minute booking we always try and get some sun towards autumn ( long was till Europe gets warm again in may ! Haha! ), we couldn’t have picked a better time or place. It has a more quiet and chilled vibe than hvar and split, but I would recommend basing somewhere relaxing as you can find a party on most of the islands and beach beach clubs in split.

Clean. Good breakfast and right on the beach. I did not like: either wxpedia posted wrong or misunderstanding. Basic room has sea view, so upgrating to balcony my understanding is that sea view with balcony. The upgrade was a balcony next to public passage , with the view of stairs. Balcony had partitions blocking any view other than stairs. Not pleased at all. Room is very tiny, hardly room for 2 luggages. Owner said what she posts isnt same as l saw on *******. So somebody isn't updating the info. We stayed only 3 nights and spent Visiting the city or stayed at the beach. Went in the room just to sleep.

The rooms were warm. There are no vents inside the bedrooms .I had to keep the air conditioning set for 18 just to get the temperature in the bedroom too 28. We also had to keep the bedroom doors open.

Great Spot in front of the sea … the only is that no elevator / and it’s a long way to the restaurant and sea … Mija is a excellent manager there

Nice place with a couple of minor issues. 1.wifi is painfully slow 2. The ac kept beeping throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. On the plus side, few feet from the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants and supermarket. It is about 15 min drive to the town though.
