Il sonno è stato un'esperienza molto grande, e i proprietari sono così gentili e amichevoli, soprattutto per i turisti che sono per la prima volta in Montenegro perché condividono molte informazioni sui luoghi turistici. Gli appartamenti sono così bello, molto pulito, hanno un grande giardino e parcheggio. Il proprietario Dejan è una grande persona, un fan sportivo con molte storie interessanti dalla sua vita. Mi piace anche la posizione, perché è tranquillo e bello e non lontano dal centro (circa 9 km) ma anche lontano dalla città di Virpazar e dal lago Skadar (circa 20 km). Certo che questo sarà possibile ogni volta che vengo a Podgorica!

Что понравилось: Про номер и отель: Довольно приятный отель, который состоит из 5 зон: спальня (дверь закрывается), ванная комната, кухня-зал, коридор и балкон. В номере есть капсульная кофе-машинка в номере и сами капсулы, чайник (но чая и сахара нет) Про интерьер: Интерьер радует глаз. Мебель вся новая, современная. Нет аляпистости и чрезмерного пафоса. Номер просторный, тесно точно не будет Про вид из ока: Окна выходят во двор и нам было видно парковку. Было довольно тихо, сам двор миленький и приятный Про уборку: Все довольно чистенько везде, начиная от ресепшна и номера, заканчивая парковкой и столовой. Уборка проходила своевременно: полотенца и ванные принадлежности обновляют. Все полотенца без пятен, кровать кипельно-белая. На ковролине не было замечено ни одного пятна Про персонал: Персонал приветливый, всегда придет на помощь и ответит на все вопросы Про завтраки: Приятные и вкусные завтраки на любой вкус: фрукты, острые первы маринованные, овощи, мясо, колбасы, бекон, яйца, сыры, соки, вода, кофе, чай и многое другое Про СПА: Внутри СПА-зоны есть 4 лежака и 4 вешалки, сауна и бассейн с гидромассажем. Сауна довольна маленькая, но приятная и чистая. Нет никакого неприятного запаха химии, это огромный плюс. Маленький лайфхак: зоны с гидромассажем находятся в самом бассейне, так что не стесняйтесь нажимать серебрянные кнопки везде, где найдете :) Про спорт-зал: В отеле есть также спортивный зал, все оборудования в хорошем состоянии Из того, что можно улучшить: – Бутылок с водой нет, вообще никакой воды даже попить после длинной дороги нет. Только в коридоре есть кулер, но каждый раз выходить кажется не очень комфортным – У душа нет шторки/дверки, угол к сливу не по канонам, так что готовьтесь к потопу. После другого человека заходить неприятно – Вентиляция в ванной есть, но не работает, так что зеркало будет потеть 100% – Сломанная мусорка в ванной (починили сами) – Сломанный держатель туалетной бумаги (отвертки не было, так бы починили) – Мало лежаков в сауне, так что если вам не повезло будете как мы тупить в проходе минуту и думать, что делать дальше – Мало крючков в спа для халатов, будете тупить еще секунд 20 как выходить из этой ситуации, пока на тебя смотрят все, кто находится в СПА – В СПА нет полотенец, приходится брать из номера или вообще не брать. Странно использовать одно полотенце для чистого тела после душа и для вытирания тела после воды с химией – Сауна холодная. Если на датчике стоит 60, то реальная температура будет 30-45 градусов. Всей СПА-компанией, стояли около пульта управления, чтобы поставить 110, смогли разогреть до 73–75. Это был максимум. Муж сказал, что это из-за того, что датчик температуры внутри сауны установлен прям над нагревателем и ему (датчику) постоянно мерещится температура больше, чем в самой сауне. По правилам его нужно ставить в самый дальний угол – Кнопки ”не входить” и ”требуется уборка” перепутаны, мелочь, но как-то странно все равно – Беговая дорожка в спортивном зале не работал

Spent 7 nights at the Hotel 201 (formerly known as Bojatours Hotel) and was very satisfied with the customer service received and the room facilties were ”as described” on ***********. Especially the air conditioning - with temperatures of 30° every day this, was very welcome!  Great location with only a 10 minute walk to the bus and rail station! Plenty of bars and cafes within 300 metres of hotel (recommend ”Munchen Centrum” open 0700 until 2400) and only 2 minutes from hotel! Excellent food (including fantastic breakfast) and great selection of drinks all at great affordable prices!  Even though Montenegro is only a small country it has a lot to offer! Trips to the seaside towns of Budvar and Kotor as, well as the ”quiet sleepy town” of Herceg Novi all easily reached by direct frequent buses from Podgorica. Check out ”busticket4me” on Internet to book tickets, check out times and also intermediate calling points. Possible to easily buy tickets on line but remember to print a hard copy for access to the bus. In addition, a €1 ”platform ticket” is required to access buses from departure lounge at all major bus stations and try and be first in the queue to grab a front seat for some fantastic views from all sides. Seating is uncontrolled even though a particular seat number is on tickets - just board, and sit where you like!  One train journey is a must!!! It's a 3 hour trip to Bijelo Polje in the North (last station before Serbian border!). Sit on the left hand side for some fantastic scenery. Only 3 trains, a, day on this route (the day train to Belgrade not resumed running after Covid!). But the 0624 departure from Podgorica definitely worth getting up for! Nothing much to see there. Train waits for 45 minutes and returns south so you can be back in Podgorica by 1pm and all for €4 each way!!!  If you like a drink then perhaps the 1 hour train ride (90 minute busride) to Niksic may be a pleasant day/evening excursion. The main pedestrianised street under 10 minutes from bus and train station has so many bars together I lost count!!!!  All in all, back to base at Hotel 201 after 1 week and a 1,000km of travelling in this, small but surprising country.  Hotel 201 has, a great fully serviced kitchen for guests use and with a great supermarket (& ATM) just 100 yards from hotel, the choice is yours with beers in the bars at €2 for 0.5litre and bottles of wine from €1.65 in the supermarket all cooked in the fridge in each room!  Certainly will be returning on Wizzair £8.99 flights from London with friends as, soon as it gets, a little cooler. Thanks especially to Neda at the hotels reception for handling all queries - very helpful and her English is excellent! 👍 . 

Beh, sono stato un ospite all'Aurel Hotel a Podgorica diverse volte! Devo dire che questa è la mia prima revisione dell'impianto, ma sulla base di tutta la mia esperienza precedente. L'hotel si trova in un ambiente bellissimo vicino all'ingresso di Podgorica (proveniente dall'Albania) e vicina a un supermercato ben fornito. Inoltre, l'ambiente è tranquillo e con belle case della popolazione locale. L'hotel è bellissimo, spazioso, pulito e moderno. Le camere sono grandi e pulite dotate di mobili moderni e accoglienti. Anche i bagni nelle camere sono pratici e moderni. Il bagno è semplicemente perfetto, mentre il personale è molto gentile e gentile cercando sempre nuove modi per servire meglio i propri clienti. Il bagno è con un jacuzzi, una sauna, un bagno turco e sedie calde, e è accogliente e piacevole.

The rooms are great with a good size, private bathroom, mini bar available and amenities as well The team in the welcome desk are super friendly and they assist you in all that you need They provide you a simple breakfast included in the rate The price is very competitive

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff speaks excellent English. There are many cafes nearby. At first, I was given a dirty room. When checking the room, the girl from the reception honestly admitted that she had not checked the work of the cleaning lady. A cookie for openness. Usually, in such situations, the staff comes up with some kind of nonsense excuse, but here the girl honestly admitted her mistake. Respect for that. Then they gave me another room. It was significantly cleaner, but the stains on the sheets and worn-out towels did not indicate the high standards of cleanliness at this hotel. The friendly dog at the reception was the only positive emotion-causing element.

L'hotel non è grande ma molto buono, consigliato! La posizione è ragionevole, con supermercati nelle vicinanze e la comunità si sente al sicuro. Per la prima volta l'ambiente è pulito e ordinato. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite e il servizio è molto buono. La colazione è deliziosa

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel di Podgorica dal 26 al 29 ottobre, insieme a un gruppo di amici. La mia camera era spaziosa, ma arredata con mobili datati e con finestre affacciate su una strada trafficata e rumorosa, senza alcun isolamento acustico. Di notte, soprattutto nel weekend, il rumore era veramente fastidioso. Il bagno era dotato di un boiler, con i noti disagi del caso. A peggiorare le cose, in bagno vi era installata una stufetta elettrica proprio in prossimità del boiler, installazione discutibile dal punto di vista della sicurezza. La colazione, servita al primo piano, è deludente per un hotel a 4 stelle: poca varietà, qualità scarsa e spazi insufficienti. Ogni mattina ho dovuto aspettare che si liberassero dei tavoli, cosa che trovo inaccettabile per un hotel di questo livello. Il peggio, tuttavia, è stato il servizio lavanderia. Mi trovavo a Podgorica per eventi istituzionali e avevo affidato alla lavanderia dell’hotel alcuni capi, inclusi due abiti di marca: uno “Gucci” da stirare e uno “Ferragamo” da lavare. Con sorpresa, il giorno successivo ho trovato l’abito Gucci ammalorato e, a un controllo più attento, con un buco evidente sulla giacca. Ho riferito l’accaduto alla direttrice dell’hotel, che ha reagito con riluttanza, spiegando di non avere assicurazione per coprire questo tipo di danni. Mi ha offerto come risarcimento il rimborso del soggiorno di 195 euro e un massaggio. Ho fatto presente che il valore dell’abito, per quanto già utilizzato, era molto più elevato e ho proposto che l’hotel mi acquistasse un abito di qualità sufficiente, senza pretendere necessariamente un Gucci, ma che fosse comunque un abito dignitoso. Al mio ritorno in hotel, invece, ho trovato in camera una decina di abiti, molti di pessima finitura. Per risolvere la questione, ho richiesto un rimborso di 300 euro e la restituzione dei 49,72 euro spesi per il servizio di lavanderia, ma la mia richiesta è stata respinta. Per concludere, l’abito Ferragamo mi è stato restituito solo il giorno della partenza, lavato ad acqua (anziché a secco, come dovrebbe essere per evitare restringimenti), e, quindi, ritirato almeno di una taglia e non stirato che ora non mi è più possibile indossare. La mia unica colpa è stata dare per scontato che un hotel sedicente di 4 stelle sapesse gestire capi di valore. Tornato a casa, ho scoperto che mi era stato rimborsato solo il costo del servizio di lavanderia, un rimborso irrisorio rispetto ai danni subiti. Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque stia cercando un soggiorno di qualità e un servizio professionale. La mia esperienza è stata disastrosa sotto ogni aspetto.
