Plymouth East

Con Premier Inn sai sempre cosa avrai, ogni camera è uguale. Ciò che non è garantito è l'esperienza che avrai con il personale, la loro cordialità, disponibilità, ecc. Abbiamo trovato il personale di questo Premier Inn (e siamo stati in molti) eccezionale. Sempre gentile, amichevole e felice di aiutare. Un riconoscimento particolare va fatto ad Agnes alla reception, che ci ha accolti in diverse occasioni durante il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti, sempre con un sorriso caloroso e un atteggiamento amichevole (anche alla fine di un lungo turno dopo che avevamo avuto un po' di troppo nel bar della porta accanto!) Soggiorneremo qui ad ogni visita a Plymouth d'ora in poi. Altamente raccomandato.

We had a long journey to get to this hotel and our little ones were fed up and grumpy, we were trying to check in and they were playing up a little, Kirsty your lovely receptionist engaged with them and gave them both a little goodie bag they were made up with this! We thought it was a wonderful touch. Check in was quick and reception were welcoming and friendly. Room was ok, not one of the better premier inns we have stayed in as it’s a little dated and run down, but was very clean which is more important, also saw the receptionist cleaning and hoovering when we went out to dinner. Every time we passed through reception the reception staff said hi even in the morning when we left. We were going to complain about the noise coming from one of the rooms but as we were about to go to reception kirsty was already dealing with this and we had a peaceful night after that. This is a very welcoming hotel so we would use this one again, although we probably won’t have breakfast In the beefeater next door again though, it gets way over booked and was just not a nice experience at all!

Check In was quick and easy, there is a new parking tablet in this hotel now that wasn’t there last time we stayed. (Still free to park). We are old and couldn’t work it out, Kirsty your lovely receptionist come round and showed us how to use it. She was friendly throughout our stay and couldn’t do enough to help. Our room was lovely and clean. It took a long while to heat up as the window was open, the next day we told kirsty that the heater kept turning off during the night, she did offer to put an extra portable heater in our room to which we declined as she was on her own and looked busy, although I’ve no doubt she would of made the time to warm our room up had we accepted the kind offer. We walked through the reception on one occasion and heard another lady asking the people checking in to leave Kirsty a review, so we thought we would do this too as she is wonderful.
