This lovely penthouse sleeps up to four guests very comfortably, with one bedroom and a large private living room with floor to ceiling windows over the pond. The master bedroom has a queen bed with French doors onto the open living room. The large front room has a sofa with trundle bed for extra guests, along with two large lounge chairs, fireplace, library, and 52” flat screen television. We do provide a pack n play and blow up mattress if needed. There is an equipped full kitchen with dining area off of front room. The full bathroom has large bathtub and vanity. The guests have a relaxing patio deck area for plenty of quiet time. There is also outside comfortable furniture to relax and take in the New England wildlife .This pond front property offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views of your private beach for swimming, kayaking, and canoeing.
