Hotel in zona Blake Planetarium, Plymouth

Let me start off by saying that this particular hotel holds a special place in my heart as I stayed here several times as a child. It WAS always extremely well kept, the staff WAS kind, it WAS tastefully decorated and WAS a peaceful family-oriented place to stay. However, new ownership is making all the wrong decisions to keep up with the old standards. For starters, they no longer have beach access, which is a huge disappointment! It would be better if they had no breakfast at all, considering they only provide bagels, bread, one type of cereal and waffle mix. The waffle mix ran out an hour before breakfast was over and they had zero interest replenishing it. Having said that, the same worker runs the desk and has no personality to be working with the public. He's not rude but looks miserable to be there and it makes your stay feel that much more uncomfortable because you can see he could care less about your presence. They seem to be losing focus on the stay, and spending more of their attention on getting outsiders in to use the bar. Perhaps they are getting by with the money made from the restaurant/bar, but they are forgetting about those that are spending the night. I will say that the women that runs the bar is very friendly, and the food was very good! But the New England Charm that the hotel used to bear, is now combined with a Miami vibe which just doesn't fit the scene. It is extremely tacky looking and has a picture of nude women on the wall that just doesn't seem appropriate for the setting considering families like ours are staying. Another distasteful display is the bright aggressive signs everywhere that read ”no food, no drinks, in pool & hot tub area. $200 Fine” I understand the reasoning behind no food and certain drinks in that area, but it seems a bit rough displayed in such a manner. Very short staffed! It seemed like the owners were the two-cleaning people, one person ran the desk and two ran the restaurant and they never left. I wondered if they lived there, I guess it shouldn't matter one way or another it's just sad how desperate everything feels. I think it would have been overlooked had they expressed gratitude for their guests, but you're lucky if you even got a smile apart from the friendly woman at the restaurant. Mind you, it breaks my heart to say anything bad about this place considering the years I spent going without a single flaw. I understand things change, but this is not for the good. The entire premises looks run down, and sadly I don't foresee this changing because of their poor customer relations and poor objectives. It's amazing what a can of paint will do. I would hate to see this place continue to go downhill; I really do wish the very best but they must get the courage to lose sight of the shore. Quite literately. they can't depend on alcohol and a pretty view to stay up float. I wish this review to be used as constructive criticism for the owners, because truly I want to continue on with the memorie

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno a TownePlace a Wareham, MA, per una sola notte, perché era vicino a alcune geocach che volevamo cercare ... e anche alcuni membri della mia famiglia volevano nuotare in una piscina all'interno nel febbraio. La stanza (due regine più divano) era pulita e carina. Non siamo abituati ad alberghi di soggiorno estesi, quindi è stato sorprendente vedere una cucina completamente funzionale nella stanza. Sembrava più un appartamento studio che una stanza alberghiera. La piscina interna era pulita e divertente. I miei figli nuotono per ore. Ho notato che c'era un posto caldo, guardando il bocchetto di cranberry, ma troppo freddo oggi per godersi di questo. Il colazione gratis di mattina era delizioso con una varietà di opzioni da scegliere. Quando abbiamo controllato, abbiamo lasciato una caccia a scavenger per la ragazza: quattro tipologie diverse (conti in dollari) nascosti in quattro luoghi diversi nella stanza. Spero che si siano divertiti! :) Devo ancora essere in un modo di geocching. Ogni membro del personale che ha lavorato Sat 02/11 a Sun 02/12 è stato molto amico. Sarebbe impossibile nominare tutti loro. Grazie per il divertimento di fine settimana lontano!

Anche se questo hotel è economico, vivere qui per una notte mi sento molto comodo. Dovrebbe essere costruito non molto tempo, decorazioni e attrezzature sono molto nuove e pulite.Non sono più di dieci camere dell'hotel. Il personale della ricetta era molto amichevole, ma non a tempo pieno. L'ultima prenotazione dell'ospite arriva e lei uscirà dal lavoro.Quando ho lasciato il telefono, c'era qualcosa che poteva trovarla.Il giorno dopo, ho lasciato il posto e lei non era ancora al lavoro, l'ho messo nella scatola. La stanza è piccola ma piccola e bella rispetto all'hotel generale.Ci sono microonde e frigoriferi nella stanza.La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, a 40 minuti dal porto di Martha Vineyard. Se vai a Martha's Vineyard per giocare un giorno ma non vuoi vivere notte sull'isola, puoi pensare di tornare al continente per vivere qui.L'hotel Martha's Vineyard è più costoso e non è sicuro in autunno.

L'hotel era pulito, il personale era molto amichevole, la nostra camera era (sorpreso) pronto molto presto e ci hanno permesso di controllare le ore precedenti (questo era un bel trattamento). La posizione è grande - a pochi minuti dal ponte Bourne, a molte piazze di intrattenimento e ristoranti vicino, facile da e verso (esp off season). È tranquillo e essere proprio lungo il canale e camminare era così bello!!! Hanno un bel pozzo di fuoco fuori - ci piaceva. La piscina è bello. Piccolo. Molto più piccolo di quanto appare online. Non c'è riflessione sull'hotel/personale, ma se è occupato in questo posto, può essere LOUD. Non ci sono posti sufficienti per tutti se è occupato, solo tenere in mente. Abbiamo avuto una stanza di vista sull'acqua con due letti regina - andate a vedere la vista sull'acqua, è bellissimo e si può vedere il ponte Bourne dalla vostra stanza (bene, potremmo) e la passeggiata lungo il canale. Era solo bellissimo, davvero. Abbiamo aspettato di visitare di nuovo. Siamo piuttosto locali, quindi la visita era per qualcosa di ”diverso” in un fine settimana e una festa di Bday.
