been here with my partner for a short stop ( just 3 days) and I really appreciated the place! The staff is very professional and gentle, they really help you whenever you need. As a smoker I asked one smoking free room and they moved me without any complain. The whole hotel and the rooms are in modern style, all very clean, really my biggest compliments to them. The food for me was on high level, very tasty and well done- someone here wrote that the breakfast is nothing special, that's not true because all the ingredients were fresh and quality stuff...I think that you don't need too much processed and complicated food in the morning, it's way better to eat simple but quality fresh food...but ok thats a matter of points of view perhaps :) There are also very good saunas and a gym, and I used to go in the swimming pool too. I am very satisfied with this small break in this structure, and suggest it to anyone wants a bit of relax and good food! the only average point are the surroundings of the hotel, there are a couple of abandoned factories along with many uncompleted or abandoned houses..there is some feeling of post-soviet hinterland, a little depressed...but I am sure the municipality will improve it in the future.Some works are in progress, like the renovation of the castle near by and the bike trail. For now, if you want to see better tourist atractions you have to get the car. But if you are looking just for relax in the pool and the saunas, this place for me is perfect! will be back for sure!

Dopo due giorni, non c'è servizio, la salubrità della camera ospite non ha mai fatto il bagno!Portare i bambini alla piscina, l'atteggiamento del cameriere è molto cattivo, e' contro i cinesi, una casa, non dire che parliamo molto forte, registrando specificamente il video, non è la nostra voce, particolarmente eccessiva! Sento un po'di discriminazione razziale contro i cinesi!Non soddisfatto del servizio qui!Fornire un video di piscina. Possiamo vedere come abbiamo fatto a guardare la base, organizzare il massaggio SPA sul lato della piscina, non un po', come può non avere un suono! Quando si soggiorna, si può scrivere chiaramente che non permettere ai bambini di soggiornare e nuotare non permettere dichiarazioni di suono!E' ridicolo. Questo video basta che i nostri bambini non vogliano. Il cameriere entra e ci dice che ci ricordano il suono dei bambini, ma non abbiamo la radice!Una volta! Questo è il peggiore hotel per l'esperienza!
