This hotel has 70+rooms. More than half of it are without window. The twin beds room seem alright. Its small but you get hair dryer, iron & board, kettle, 2 minerals water bottles. Working aircon and hot water. Able to watch free to air TV channels from Malaysia and Singapore.
Free simple breakfast include coffee, tea, powder orange juice, milk, cereal, white bread w toaster, jam and butter, water melon, orange, cherry tomato, lettuce, baked bean, hot dog, garlic bread, fries, spring roll, mini pau, mushrooms soup, porridge, fried rice, noodle.
Not enough, walk out to the coffeeshop behind the hotel, open by 7am.
Indeed, its time to change their set of towels and bed sheets etc, WORN out. Need improvement on this area. Those pictures displayed on booking websites seem like computer generated imagery.
Outdoor parking charges seem to be covered by the mgmt.
This hotel very suitable for running errands between banks as there are MORE than 10 foreign and local finance houses along Molek Utama.
Overall, happy to stay here again as the daily rate is attractive for what it offer currently.

Questa stanza esecutiva è più grande e più pulita (più pulita è solo la mia opinione personale).
Le camere sono di base, minime (come suggerisce il nome) ma confortevoli, anche se la protezione del suono potrebbe essere migliorata, poiché alcuni rumori dal corridoio erano udibili in alcune camere. Mentre l'hotel non è a passeggiata da grandi centri, è piuttosto convenientemente situato con pochi negozi di caffè, negozi di comodità e cibo a soli 3-5 minuti a piedi. L'hotel è anche circa un taxi 30-minute o un giro di Grab da City Square JB, rendendolo accessibile alle principali attrazioni. In generale, una scelta solida per coloro che valgono una buona posizione e un soggiorno confortevole.

i think it is a nice place to stay for rest as i went out from morning till night then came back to the hotel for rest. everything works well.
the iron and iron board are at the walking hall of each level, then there’s also coway that you can refill in your jug that been provided by the hotel.
there are also towels being provided to us.

The service was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and polite. I appreciated that they lent me the adaptor since I didn't wanna buy - got so many at home already
Room:
The room was spacious with a single sofa. While there was no bathtub, the bathroom had high water pressure and included complimentary toiletries such as shower gel, a comb, and a dental kit. The in-room amenities like Nescafé, Dilmah tea, sugar, and creamer were a nice touch.
Bed:
The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets, and the pillows provided good comfort.
Room Smell:
Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor, but thankfully, it dissipated after a while.
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was fast and free, which was a big plus for staying connected.
TV Channels:
The TV offered Malaysian channels like TV1, TV2, and TV3, as well as all Singapore channels. However, there were no Astro channels available.
Location:
The location wasn’t ideal for me. The nearest quality mall was Southkey Midvalley, while the local option was AEON Permas Jaya.
Carpark:
The car park was spacious and could accommodate both cars and motorbikes. However, it was quite dusty and would benefit from more frequent cleaning. Parking for motorbikes was free, which was a nice perk.

Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel e, sebbene ci fossero alcuni positivi, ci sono stati anche diversi settori che hanno bisogno di miglioramento.
La stanza stessa non era ben mantenuta e aveva un aspetto antico. I mobili e la decorazione sembravano date, che hanno dato alla stanza un po’ disturbato. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata anche perché ci sono poche aree che non si sentono così fresche come si aspettavano.
Sulla parte luminosa, l'hotel offre tutte le attrazioni, che è stato un bel toccamento. La posizione è sicuramente un accentoci sono molti cibi vicini. Ci è stato divertito un delizioso pasto di locklock a un punto a pochi passi dall'hotel. Il proprietario del serratura di blocco era estremamente amichevole e ha fornito un servizio eccellente, che ha aggiunto alla nostra esperienza generale.

Location wise, it is located near many food and massage places, which makes it ideal. Service was decent, but cleanliness was below average. There were some stains on the bed. No bottled water was provided, so we had to go take water from a dispenser on another floor. The toilet's door had issues, too. It had problems opening and closing.

So no more nose this is good location for all the massage & food place will book again. If you are taller then 1.65 m please careful on the stairs up the beam is low other then that not much complaints 👍🏻
