Hotel in zona City center of Johor Bahru, Plentong

Il nostro soggiorno generale era buono. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di controllare in un'ora prima e abbiamo ricevuto una bella stanza. Il distributore d'acqua fuori dall'hotel era anche un conveniente contatto per l'acqua potabile pulita. Tuttavia, ci sono stati diversi settori che potevano essere migliorati; il frigo nella stanza non funzionava; ma la stanza era destinata a tre persone, ma solo due asciugamani erano disponibili. La TV è venuta con Netflix, ma era lenta, e la connessione Wi-Fi era completamente infidata. Il condizionamento d'aria era estremamente freddo anche quando abbiamo switchato fuori, la stanza era ancora molto fredda. Da parte positiva, siamo stati impressionati con l'attrezzatura di giochi, e ci sono state la comodità del tennis da tavola e la tavola da piscina. La piscina era benvenuta, ma non c'erano asciugamani, quindi gli ospiti dovrebbero essere ricordati di portare i loro. Un altro punto di attenzione è stato la convenienza di avere il centro commerciale sotto l'hotel, offrendo servizi di massaggio, salone per capelli, pedicure e manicure, opzioni di shopping, e anche un parco indoor per bambini e Go karting. Tuttavia, le scelte alimentari erano limitate e il malam passato lunedì non era molto amico delle halal, ma anche la zona di lobby era occupata e piena di persone. In generale, mentre le strutture intorno all'hotel erano comode e piacevoli, l'esperienza in camera potrebbe certamente essere migliorata.

Everything was great as last time we booked except at one point there was this female receptionist who was very impolite to my wife when she asked if she can change the room type to a different type of the same price. It is a service provided by this hotel. We were able to do it later that day through a different receptionist. Other staff members are great. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are great. View is the same. My wife loved it. The buffet is also great.

L'hotel è vecchio ma la camera è pulita. Il parcheggio nel seminterrato è sporco e ha odore di fogna, ma per il resto l'intero hotel sembra relativamente pulito. Vengono forniti servizi di base, spazzolino da denti, dentifricio, cuffia per la doccia, sapone per le mani, cotton fioc, doccia e shampoo. Solo rasoio non fornito. La posizione è buona vicino al centro commerciale KSL.

I booked a superior room for my son, and the front desk was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to a deluxe room on a different floor, really appreciate the gesture! The service from the front desk to room service was good and efficient. However, I’m not happy with the breakfast experience. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:30 am, but when I arrived slightly after 10 am, the staff had already started clearing the food and were not refilling anything. When I asked, they didn’t seem willing to top up. This feels like poor time management from the B&R team. If breakfast is advertised until 10:30 am, food should be available until then. Also, I noticed that the towels in the room are old and should really be replaced to give guests a fresher and more comfortable stay. Hoping the hotel can improve on these points, as it affects the overall guest experience.

The moment you step into the hotel, it has a nice fragrant and light smell like those 5 stars hotel. For $135, I booked a room for two with a single beds and two breakfast. The room is clean and have all the amenities needed including a microwave oven. The weighing machines do not have batteries. There is also a courtesy call to ask if everything is alright and I was given a late checkout.  The location is excellent, near the CIQ and mall. In addition, it has a shuttle to fetch you there at like one hour interval say 1230pm 130pm 230pm  It has a gym too. But I didn’t get to use it.  The breakfast is located on the 1st floor and has a good spread of food. It lasts till 10am and you can still take all your food and sat till 1030am. I wanted to get the salted butter and was informed that there isn’t any left.  The staff will also give you a call to ask if you would like to have an extension stay for another day too. Service is excellent and will come back to stay again.

I’m back again and everything about the stay continues to impress me but one thing i would like to highlight is about the clothes hanger. I was given the same room that i previously stayed and noticed that 2 of the clothes hanger went missing instead of 4 🤔 I informed the hotel front receptionist to have the clothes hanger replaced. I was told no issues and will get the clothes hanger delivered to the room but from the day i checked in to the day i checked out nothing was done 😩Anyway i was happy staying in the Z hotel 😊

The room and location is 5 stars. Check in and check out is very smooth. But there is not hot water in shower and the swimming pool is too crowded and no proper limit on the crowd entering to the pool.

È una camera da letto re, la posizione è buona e la camera è pulita, il personale è gentile, serve sempre sorridente, sicuramente prenotera' questo hotel di nuovo.

The location of the hotel is indeed a plus factor . The check in process was swift and the staff are friendly and helpful . The hotel room seem abit old with the water heater not able to discharge hot water . There is also insufficient of wall plug socket and the noise output from the air conditioner and for some time will feel the room very warming though there is no change in the temperature and was set at very low degree celsius . The wifi connection is not strong and will experience been cut off and need to sign in again, so best is to subscribe to own data roaming or buy local sim card . The gym facilities and equipment is just very basic and try to visit when no people if not might need to spend time waiting for available equipment fitness to use .

Il condizionamento della camera non funzionava. È stato assicurato il cambiamento della camera solo il giorno dopo, ma data la sera solo n Duty Mgr Ivan era estremamente freddo. Abbiamo ricevuto il complimentare 2 giorni di colazione che non era soddisfacente. La macchina del caffè era dando fuori Americano piuttosto acquatico n informiamo il personale tat n non hanno preso alcuna azione. Noi anche realizziamo che questo hotel controlla automaticamente de aircon a una temperatura più alta dopo le 7 pm ogni notte lasciando la nostra camera calda. Entrambe le notti erano disastrose. Il vento dell'aria condizionata è polvere, perché ha aggravato il mio asma. Ci hanno ordinato di aggiornare la stanza dei re in quanto solo una stanza dei re e una stanza doppia possono avere camere interconnesse. Questo potrebbe essere dettagliato in Trip.com non avremmo prenotato questo hotel. Se non si fa nulla per compensare il mio soggiorno, lo metto nei social media.
