Booked a studio king room for its bathtub. Room was clean with basic amenities. Lots of eateries around. However, there is no privacy at all. this studio king room was located at ground floor with its only available window facing the walkway corridor. People who walk past has the tendency to take a peep into it and smokers hanging around outside the window enjoying their moments. Even during check in when i walk pass this room outside the walkway, the window was open, i can see totally the whole room set up and the main room door was wide open. Flies, mosquitoes, cigarette smells as i entered. Couldn't imagine any strangers can literally just walk into the room and lie on the bed or hide in there. It can be quite unsafe.

“All rooms come with window”, selected the elegant room, but the windows is 2’ x 5’ type facing others room or toilet. Overall condition is good, no extra power card if u are travelling with yr partner & if u coming back late u will need the staff assistance to enter yr room.

Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Hotel is also surrounded by lots of stores and eateries. However, our room was facing the petrol station, so there is some noise. Also, wifi was weak in our room. Had to stay close to the door to have any hope of staying connected.

The hotel area has a lot of eating place where food was never a problem.

Comfortable stay, surrounded by food and convenient store, short distance to mid valley also, recommended.

Location is good. Rooms are clean. I only have problems with amenities but to be fair upon request you can ask for additional shower gel which is quite little in quantity. 2 bottles of mineral water are provided to last you whole day but if you want a refill have to go down to ground floor to refill. Iron boards and iron is provided but you have to share among all the rooms in that level.

Prefer the surrounding area to have a pleasant serenity. Very insightful to see dirty walls and rubbish all over the area. Also the coffee shop drain is smelly whenever we have a morning walk around the area.. very delightful to have the night market nearby.

Reached the hotel around 11.30am and check whether we can check in early and surprisingly the receptionist told me that I can check in after 12.30pm as they managed to make up the room earlier. Really appreciated their prompt service and right attitude. Really worth for money.

Good location at permas area plus nicely renovated. Downside is that room facing main road might have car/motor noises at midnight. You might even hear conversations from next room. Cleanliness is okay, small areas are dusty n toilet areas are a little mouldy.

Miyabi hotel is safe, theres a security guard on duty every night and we felt safe as we parked our car right at the hotel front.

A good stay for those looking to explore the city area. Huge room and cleanliness was acceptable. Fast check in and out.

This hotel is at the centre of Permas Jaya, so it’s so convenient for the customers to find the local delicious food. Plus, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend!
