Plentong: hotel con bar

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Johor Bahru and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was quite spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel itself is located in an area with relatively light traffic, which is a nice bonus, although it is a bit farther from some of the more popular tourist spots. However, there's an Aeon shopping mall nearby, which provides convenience for shopping and dining. As for halal eateries, I wasn't able to find many in the immediate area, but there is Woodfire, a restaurant just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which serves good food. The hotel service was also top-notch, with the staff being attentive and professional. While the location may not be ideal for those who want to be close to major attractions, the peaceful environment and the convenience of nearby amenities make it a solid choice. I would certainly not mind visiting again.

Questa stanza esecutiva è più grande e più pulita (più pulita è solo la mia opinione personale). Le camere sono di base, minime (come suggerisce il nome) ma confortevoli, anche se la protezione del suono potrebbe essere migliorata, poiché alcuni rumori dal corridoio erano udibili in alcune camere. Mentre l'hotel non è a passeggiata da grandi centri, è piuttosto convenientemente situato con pochi negozi di caffè, negozi di comodità e cibo a soli 3-5 minuti a piedi. L'hotel è anche circa un taxi 30-minute o un giro di Grab da City Square JB, rendendolo accessibile alle principali attrazioni. In generale, una scelta solida per coloro che valgono una buona posizione e un soggiorno confortevole.

This hotel is near to custom. There are a lot of shops nearby which are convenient. But the hotel carpark needs to walk a distance... not convenient for carpark... The hotel room only provides disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner. Still alright. No slipper and no face towel. Will book again this hotel next time

Hi.. sorry for a delayed late review. I would say is a budget decent hotel for short stays. Aircon not yet serviced its either very cold or warm. Was given a different room when check in found room floor very wet and no power supply exchanged room reception counter malay girls are prompt in checking and Checked in to another room everything else was okay except the TV one part of it faulty display. It didnt affect the view that much as we went on a short 2days trip . There are alot walking distance eateries nearby halal and also spa. Massage is very good. Near Aeon Mall about 20min from hotel. The staff are polite. They have an in-house cafe serves decent food options for breakfast. Overall good experience.

Stains on bedsheet linen, dust at ceiling 4 corners, had a weird smell, air con was cold luckily. Floor had dust and toilet lock wasn’t working. Won’t come back again.

Molto prezioso per i soldi. Molto consigliato per i viaggiatori a buon bilancio. Le strutture sono molto buone con piscina, sauna e tutto!!
