Our fifth-generation owners converted the historic family farmhouse into a charming and functional Minnesota vacation house rental. With sleeping arrangements for 10 guests, modern amenities, and 36 acres of private land, our property offers everything you need for a peaceful getaway or small event. From the full-scale kitchen with appliances to air conditioning and spacious interiors, our on-site amenities ensure you and your guests get the most out of your relaxing getaway or small event. Located just a short distance from Interstate 90, our property provides the tranquility of nature with the proximity to several towns and major cities. Feel free to contact us for any recommendations! Originally built in 1876, the 2,250-square-foot house has two stories, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first floor has 1,200 square feet of space, as well as a full bathroom with a soaking tub that has a hand-shower wand. There is no stand-up shower in this bathroom. The second floor has 800 sq. feet of space and a full bathroom with a standing shower tub. Additionally, there are 250 sq. feet of space in the basement, which allows for a nice little space to play or set up games. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, each of which is large enough to accommodate two adults. In the third bedroom, there are four extra-large twin-sized beds, each of which is big enough for adults. Additionally, the sunroom has a queen-size Murphy bed, which allows you to host up to 10 people, preferably a mixture of kids and adults. The newly renovated house has all the amenities you could need and is the perfect place to hold a small gathering or event or simply get away for a weekend. We have a 7-hole disc golf course, putting green, and many other outdoor games available such as corn-hole and bocce ball.
