Sono un italiano che viene in questo Hotel da molti anni, questo è un hotel 3 stelle, ma poteva essere tranquillamente 4 stelle, e tutte le volte che ritorno qua'il servizio si mantiene sempre in una forma eccellente. Il personale tutto, mi tratta no come un cliente, ma come un familiare, per questo mi sembra di stare a casa mia. Volevo ringraziare le donne che mi puliscono l'abitazione tutti i giorni ed è sempre molto pulita, il bar che sanno già che cosa mi piace, il ristorante sempre attenti per me, un ringraziamento speciale per tutto il direttivo del Hotel, straniero e cubano. Non ho dubbi di ritornare a questo hotel perché per me è come la mia seconda casa

Finalmente la mia seconda casa dopo 3 anni e aperta di nuovo. La mia opinione come ho detto sempre che il Caracol è hotel più bello di santa Lucia, per prima cosa perché il personale che lavora in hotel, ha una qualità umana eccezionale, perché una cosa molto importante, è che tutti sono molto gentili con il sorriso che per me è molto importante,sempre cercando di dare il meglio di loro con amore. Adesso parlerò sul servizio che offre hotel, con una eccellente e rapida' in tutta l'area. Se qualcuno ha un problema, tutti sono disposti ad aiutarlo nel migliore dei modi,cosi come la relazione pubblica sempre presente. Sono sicuro che playa santa Lucia, ritornerà come tanti anni fa, con la nuova gestione canadese Blue Diamond.

As a repeat customer of 20 years this is my favourite hotel because of the feeling of family with the staff and the comfortable layout.The entertainment and nightly shows have improved over the years as has the ongoing renovation of common areas and rooms. I can always find something good to eat at the buffet, restaurant or the 24 hour snack bar, despite the challenges for the chefs due to availability of products. The beach is well maintained and beautiful. Good snorkeling and swimming with staff providing beach games. Two new cabana bars on the beach create more options space to relax. Would recommend

The reception was good, specially Alina, she's such a nice lady, also Dayamí. The restaurant its actually good, better than last time. The bars allways has what we need. The entertainment is amazing, the dancers are amazing, Diego and Jesse are very good friends with me. Wonderfull experience.

The reception was very good, they welcomed us with open arms, it was so nice. The restaurant and the food was exellenct, for someone that doesn't drink like me the bars are wonderfull and the drinks are really tasty. The entertaiment was really good and the dancers were really talented. It has been a wonderfull trip

The reception was exellent. They gave me a good welcome to the hotel. The food, from 1 to 10 y give it an 8, it was tasty and well done. The bartenders were nice and treated me with kindness, the drinks were good and pleasant. The entertainment staff was nice with me and gave me so much fun, the shows were beautiful. The rooms were clean but I think they need more security, specially cameras. Overall it’s been a good experience.

The staff went above and beyond. The dancers became my family and watched over me. The shows were incredible the hrs spent practicing woww. The Xmas feast was over the moon. The room was comfortable and well kept. Maid did my laundry. The front desk …dining..bars ..and grounds were well maintained. I look forward to coming back and staying longer.

I've been at this hotel for a few days now and it's really nice here the people are very friendly the entertainment staff are the best always say hi to you and helpful Always willing to answer your questions and the show at night time is very good I have made a lot of new friends here especially Diego how is all smiling and saying how is your day going. I will return to the hotel again.

The reception was wonderful. At our arrival we saw so many beautiful things in the hotel. Everything was clean and well cared. The restaurant was good, the food was tasty and well prepared. The rooms were cleaned and the entertainment was fun and had variety.
