This is not a 5* complex. But it doesn’t claim to be. It’s clean, secure and fully equipped. Perfect location, ideally sited between the shopping centres. There is a substantial Spar shop underneath the accom for anything you might need. The pool is excellent and a right sun trap. I’ve had a brilliant stay here and would recommend.

The location is fantastic, bang in between the Yumbo (3 min walk) and Cita Centres (5 min walk) The nearest beach (dunes) is about 10 min walk. The beach at Maspalomas is about a 20 minute walk. The swimming pool is well looked after with warm shower before going in pool. There are beach towels provided in apt too. The towels were changed in my apt mid way through my stay. The building is dated, yes. So what?!! It’s clean and secure. I would not hesitate to recommend these apts to anyone. Three very small negatives. I couldn’t get the WiFi to work, even after paying via my settings on my lap top. When I queried it I was told you buy vouchers from a machine in reception. I couldn’t be bothered with that so tethered my phone to lap top. The reception is very rarely manned by anyone but there is a telephone number provided. It really could do with A/C. It’s difficult to cool the rooms down even with the fan provided. I coped though, and no one died.

We stayed here for a long time, unfortunately we had quite a few problems. First of all, during the night we were woken up at least 6-7 times by our neighbors due to shouting, shouting or simply talking in a loud voice. During the hours ranging from midnight to 5 in the morning. We had to go down to the night watchman who always apologized and made himself available to solve the problem. When we reported this to the President of the Community he NEVER and I underline NEVER EVER apologized for what had happened and very coldly told us that he would take care of it, often even a little annoyed. We were called back because the children were running into the pool and playing with each other, they threatened to ban us. After that, another 3-4 times in the pool some guests made a ruckus, shouting, pushing, swearing, swearing. Even on that occasion we made this known to the President but even these times he NEVER and I underline NEVER EVER apologized and simply replied again that he was taking care of it. Another problem, WI-FI costs €30 per month and only two people can have access. So basically we could have the TV plugged in and one other person. My wife and I constantly had to go out and back in with WI-FI because we couldn't both stay connected. Furthermore, we often had problems with the line and we had to call the technician several times who, to tell the truth, always made himself available to solve the problem. However, it remains a SHAME to pay €30 a month and only two people can be connected. AN ABSURD SHAME! For the rest, everything is quite good, the attitude of the President remains shameful as he has NEVER and I underline NEVER EVER EVER apologized for anything and often responded in a very ANNOYED manner. Dieses Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Preis / Leistung ist top und die Appartements sind geräumig und sauber. Mit kleiner Küche. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr schön und die gute Lage zwischen Yumbo-Centro und Cita ist ideal. Selbstverpflegung. Ein Spar-Supermarkt und ein Restaurant befinden sich im Haus.

Ik zou iedereen ten stelligste dit complex aanraden . Wij gaan al jaren naar playa del ingles , en is de eerste keer dat we zo ern mooi , appartement hebben gekregen alles was er en alles wat tip top mooi gepoetst , een dikke pluim voor de poetsdames , ook een dikke vette pluim voor gabriel , die werkt echt wel met hart en ziel , en perfect , ik weet wat zon onderhoud van appartementen inhoud , heb het zelf gedaan en mort zeggen zou het zelf niet beter kunnen . Ik heb tijdens de hele maand , nog geen enkel kakerlak laat staan vlieg of andete insect binnen gehad , dat wil zeggen dat alles kraaknet is . Beste verblijf ooit gehad , wij blijven zeker komen hier . Goede ontvangst , en zoals overal er moeten regels zijn en hopelijk worden deze gerespecteerd , maar zoals vakantiegangers soms zijn hebben ze soms geen oren naar . Dan moeten ze ook niet klagen . En ja lawaai kan je soms es hebben , maar dat zijn dikwijls beschonken huurders en daar kan niemand iets aan doen . Ook niet dat dit allr dagen is , en je zit vlakbij yumbo . Echt een dikke pluim ze hebben me een fantastische maand bezorgd , zal dit niet vergeten . 5 is te weinig mag direct een 10 zijn

Un réel bonheur de venir chaque année,un acceuil chaleureux, un régisseur tout comme son personel à l'ecoute et bienveillant envers la clientèle. Une résidence calme et très très propre . Dispose d'une piscine calme , d'une laverie. Commerce et restaurant à proximité. Idéalement situé, proche du yumbo . 2 Arrêts de bus au pieds de la résidence qui desservent toutes les directions.
