Appartamenti vecchi e privi di comfort. Al check in mi sono state chieste 100 euro di cauzione (spero che mi tornino visto che erano con carta) ma per cosa non so perché l’appartamento è antico e vecchio. Dentro ci stavano anche le cucarachas. Esperienza pessima

Had a very warm and friendly welcome from Ricardo on reception the apartment was very clean and had everything you needed for a self catering holiday including bottled water, tea, coffee and sugar on arrival. The beds were very comfortable and there was a free fan. We had an outward facing balcony which got brilliant sunshine from about 2 o'clock until sundown. The wifi only cost €10 for the week for upto 4 devices. Thank you Las Faluas for a wonderful holiday ❤️

Not enough plug sockets in your room, so we had to boil the kettle on a chair to reach the plug socket in the kitchen. I would recommend taking a plug extension lead 1 to 2 meters. Due to the limited plug sockets we rearranged the furniture, so the layout was better and was able to access other sockets. We requested late checkout and was told for €20 euros we could check out the next day with no time frame. We returned from our evening out and was told we were not allowed this and they retuned our money, the man on reception offered no compensation, handled the situation really bad and did not even apologise. We had to checkout at 10am, so we were not too pleased especially offering something we had paid for and promised a service which was next withdraw!

First impressions old prison , our room faced on to a building site with constant noise , shower head broken spraying in different directions, drilling starting for maintenance early in the morning and cleaning around the pool at 9am so unable to sit around pool or get around the pool to go out . The pool bar was shut and derelict was told we would be able to have drinks,food and music whilst round the pool, no inflatables in pool no games just swim not allowed to wear a swim shirt to protect against sunburn, the pool table had balls missing. very disappointed

Was very happy with the accommodation, very clean and spacious. Only negative was the shower went cold after a few minutes meaning I couldn’t wash my hair properly. Staff very friendly. On my birthday they left a little card and some chocolates which was a lovely thought 🥰 would definitely return.

Las Faluas Had a little wait in reception Impressed with the room ie separate room to living area and I’m solo plus paid €230 for four nights !! Bottle of water and tea coffee in kitchen was nice touch Dated but very clean Ashes from a cigarette in shower tray upon arrival but all else good Safe in room and it’s ten euro for four days Great thing is bedroom completely dark when curtains pulled Lovely pool with lifeguard

We have just returned after 10 days in the apartments. Highly recommended!! It was our first holiday alone with my 12 years daughter and on place we never been before,I was worried a little bit but.... We left on 20th in the morning early with a big smile and very satisfied with our stay in Las Faluas Sorry I can't remember the names,but I want to say big Thank you to the receptionist in the morning 20th:) same for the rest of the receptionist always very helpful and kind , Thank you to the bar staff ,we enjoyed a lot the Flamengo Show:) ,to the lifeguard and to the cleaning team for always keep so clean everything and specially to the lady I saw the morning exactly before getting in the bus for the airport. Great staff ,great experiences Thank you 😊

As a family of 5 we need a 2 bedroom apartment, however this came up as 2 rooms each with 1 twin bedroom and 1 sofa bed in each (6 in total). The rooms were next to each other and ample for what we needed. They have good size bathrooms and small kitchen which was suitable for our needs. The accommodation was mainly filled with Spanish families. The staff are all very friendly and helpful when needed, such as booking us a taxi and advising about places to visit. The location is great, it's about 15/20 mins down to Maspalomas / playa del ingles centre and there's plenty of bars and restaurants on the way down if you don't fancy the walk. There are restaurants and bars in the opposite direction (2min). The beaches are 10/15 walk away, again with bars and restaurants. Great little find and will definitely return

Great apartments basic but clean nothing too much for them alway happy to help Bar is a bit expensive compared to others but pool is big. Plenty of sun beds Cleaners in most days and do a great job Always cleaning around the place Would highly recommend these apartments 5 mins walk to beach
