Villa RG Boutique Hotel - Adult Only

I spent a thoroughly enjoyable week at Villa RG. Despite being just a 4 minute walk to the Yumbo, it was very peaceful and quiet. The beach was a pleasant 15 minute walk and there were good restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach. All the staff were super-friendly and couldn't do enough; the place was spotless. Unlike the previous reviewer, I thought the communication via WhatsApp was excellent - I had all the codes/directions a couple of days beforehand and there was the odd useful message during my stay. I would recommend the optional breakfast; it could be ordered for a time of my choosing, (which varied), and it was so nice to have it waiting for me on my patio when I (eventually!) got up. Oh, and the rooms really are soundproofed. Overall, excellent value for money.

My friend and I travelled out to Gran Canaria to meet our partners for Christmas who had been cycling in the mountains the week before. They had been staying elsewhere but we met up at Villa RG and had a week together in Playa del Ingles. We had two rooms next to each other which was perfect. At times it felt as if the four of us were the only guests as the layout of the rooms and terraces is such that each feels so private and intimate. We often had the pool to ourselves too. Villa RG is within walking distance of the beaches, supermarket, and all the activities the resort has to offer, yet when you enter the property through a secure private entrance you feel as if you are stepping into an oasis of calm serenity. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped and the owner, Ronald, just wonderful. He has the perfect balance of being helpful and attentive yet not intrusive and is so very thoughtful. He brought us a bottle of Champagne and gifts for Christmas day - unexpected and such a lovely gesture. Merci beaucoup Ronald!

A super stay at this lovely location. The owner Ronald works extremely hard to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are very modern and it is one of the cleanest locations I have ever stayed at. Well located for the Yumbo Centre and the beach

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Small pool and sun loungers, perfect for peace and quiet. Good location for all amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely book again.

If your looking for a peaceful quiet immaculate getaway this is the place to choose. Even during the carnival weekend it was quiet yet within an easy stroll of the beach and commercial centres. The rooms are perfectly kitted out and immaculately clean. The owner is superbly helpful and polite. Cant rate it high enough.

If we could give more stars we would. Fantastic friendly clean place to stay. We have rebooked and will not go anywhere else now. The owner is there if you need him. Such a great find and was so happy.
