Siamo stati qui nel novembre 2021 e ho trovato la sistemazione pulita e molto moderna, il che era la cosa migliore del resort. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, non lontano dalla spiaggia, a 10 minuti a piedi. Il personale è stato utile, a parte aver sbagliato il luogo del ritiro per l'aeroporto. Gli asciugamani sono stati sostituiti su richiesta ed è necessario lasciare un deposito di 50 euro che riceverete al momento del check out. Internet era gratuito e una buona connessione. La piscina era molto piccola e sembra molto più grande di quanto non sia nelle foto dato che hai un paio di ospiti in piscina ed è abbastanza piena. Il lavoro andava avanti mentre noi rimanevamo così tanti colpi durante il giorno che gli uomini lavoravano sul nuovo appartamento sotto di noi. Essendo appena tornato da Tenerife, durante questa visita ho notato che ora lì c'è un supermercato insieme a un altro negozio e un parrucchiere. Ci tornerei no perché la piscina è troppo piccola ma se non sei una persona in piscina allora questo potrebbe essere un bene per te.

Siamo stati qui per un lungo weekend come un gruppo di 3 persone e ci è piaciuto molto. L'hotel si trova in una posizione davvero centrale e ci sono molti bar/ristoranti/cose da fare a 10 minuti a piedi, quindi non ti annoierai. Gli appartamenti sono puliti, spaziosi: c'è un deposito di € 50 a persona che devi pagare all'arrivo, non abbiamo avuto problemi a riaverlo, ma assicurati solo di scattare foto della tua camera. L'unica cosa che dico è che non c'è privacy nella zona doccia, cosa da tenere presente per gruppi di amici. Inoltre non c'è un asciugacapelli nelle camere come pubblicizzato. Il balcone al 2° piano non era il più grande ma sufficiente per permetterci di sederci fuori. Ignora le recensioni sul personale scortese: sì, un membro avrebbe potuto imbattersi meglio, tuttavia penso che questa fosse più una barriera linguistica che cercare di essere scortese. Tutto ciò che abbiamo chiesto non è mai stato eccessivo e viene accolto rapidamente. L'area della piscina è piuttosto piccola, tuttavia non abbiamo avuto problemi a trovare un lettino… tieni presente che alcuni lettini appartengono agli appartamenti al 1° piano. Nel complesso ottieni quello per cui paghi con gli appartamenti e ritornerei di nuovo sulla base del fatto che è pulito, ha una bella piscina e si trova in una posizione davvero buona.

After seeing so many negative reviews about this hotel, we were really nervous for our holiday. However we were pleasantly surprised and had a really good time here. We arrived quite late after delays in the airport but the reception desk has someone there 24HRS which made it really easy to check in. We were aware before booking that it was €100 per person deposit for the room, we expected to be paying €400 as there was 4 of us but it is capped at €200. We also hired a safe for the week which was €4 per day. The room was as shown on the pictures simple but did everything you need it to do, we didn’t use the cooking facilities as we ate out all the time but they provided everything you needed if you decided this was the option you want. As there was 4 of us there was the main bedroom which slept 2 and a sofa bed which also slept to, the sofa bed was comfy but you could feel the effects on your back towards the end of the holiday, the main bed however was like sleeping in a bed at home soft and comfy. We stayed on the 1st floor so our balcony was an open space, but didn’t feel intrusive when other people were on their balcony. We didn’t mind this because we has 2 sun loungers outside the double doors and there were more stacked around the back of the building we could help ourselves too. I can see why other people may be concerned on the other levels as the balcony’s looked a little small but I can’t comment on them as we didn’t see them properly. The pool is small but refreshing, we went in low season so it wasn’t busy but you aren’t far from the beach which is where we spent most our time. The communal areas were kept clean. We did notice a couple of places where people had either been sick or spilt something but it was cleaned very quickly after mentioning it to the reception. This hotel is in a really good location and there is lots of little bars around this can be impact the sound you can hear in your room but it isn’t too loud you can use ear plugs if it’s something you aren’t keen on. Overall we were really happy with our stay and the accommodation it’s not 5* but it’s a good base and we would go there again if the opportunity presents.

Was here for 4 nights, 1 bedroom apar**ent, nice and clean, didn’t like balcony, if you were sitting down you were staring at a concrete wall, no sun on balcony at any time, no room at pool to sit but we did use the roof terrace. Would I return, no.

I was absolutely dreading going on this holiday with all the reviews and had asked the travel agent if we could change ! We had a great time and yes the hotel is maybe set out a little strange but the apar**ent was modern, clean and perfectly acceptable to stay in for a week !! On arrival you are told that you need to leave a deposit for breakages which is fair enough as I suspect some clientele aren’t always the most respectable of people ! Your towels get changed every three days and this is fine for the price we paid ,knowing this before we went we did actually take a couple of our own towels ! She came on the third day with towels and a loo roll ! 😊 The supermarket is literally downstairs and tbh we bought a pack of four so we didn’t worry about not having any for €1.95 it was worth it. The sheets get changed every 5 days and again this was also ok. It was right in the heart of everything which was great, although maybe as a middle aged person I would have liked the karaoke to have finished before 3am haha ! If you want a lively holiday then stay here as I’m sure you would be out until the early hours. The only downside for us was the pool was in a very awkward position in the hotel but we still went in it! The reception staff, called us a taxi to the airport on the last day no bother ! They were great and never had any issues with any other guests. Walls are a bit thin in the rooms so be aware of this! The rooms were equipped with a lot of kitchen appliances so some mornings we had toast and eggs and a coffee before venturing out. All in all don’t worry it’s not treat bad and yes would probably stay here again

Arrived early but nice lady at desk allowed us into our room Room clean and apart from a few marks on paint work. Beds comfy and as we were staying for only 4 nights didn't expect to get fresh towels but did in day 2 Sun beds outside room no view but we were aware if this .we were on side of building and near the pool.went to see the Sun terrace on roof,rooms on level 3 open on to this but also other sun beds available Small pool next to street this was spoilt by a group of boys one day drinking and jumping in pool with total disregard for children and they left beer bottles at pool Great central location, supermarket next door,good places to eat near by Would go back but would want first or third floor apar**ent Staff very helpful and as late flight home was able to leave luggage securely and also shower available if required
