Hotel in zona C.C. San Telmo, Playa De Las Americas

Lovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out! Pros: Very good location Modern hotel Heated pools( wheelchair friendly) Good food and service Cons: No shampoo in a room! It's a first for me 🙈 The tiles in the pool (mosaic) need replacement. My daughter filled probably half of the carrier bag from the bottom saw of the pool🤣 All in all- perfect stay and believe me, I am picky. It is one of the hotels I would recommend to my friends and family

Sono andato in vacanza con il mio compagno lontano per festeggiare il nostro anniversario e siamo stati molto fortunati e abbiamo ottenuto un upgrade a uno dei duplex con vista sul golf, assolutamente bellissimo e massiccio per noi due, ma è stato un po' deluso perché la camera non era abbastanza pulito e la governante è dovuta venire a pulire un po' meglio il bagno e anche le orribili macchie sul pavimento della stanza, ma dopo è stato tutto perfetto e siamo rimasti molto contenti. L'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione se stai cercando un posto tranquillo dove stare lontano dal trambusto, ma tieni presente che devi prendere un taxi per raggiungere la spiaggia o noleggiare una bicicletta o un'auto, la distanza a piedi non è un'opzione. Le piscine sono davvero belle e hai molto spazio per prendere il sole. Il personale dell'hotel è eccezionale e con un servizio clienti di alto livello e sempre pronto ad aiutare, menzione speciale a Martin del ristorante e anche a Raul e Diana della reception, ottimo servizio clienti e felice di aiutare. La colazione era davvero buona e siamo rimasti molto colpiti dall'abbondanza di varietà per tutti e dal personale davvero efficiente. Sul lato negativo vorremmo menzionare che avremmo voluto un piccolo tocco da parte dell'hotel per congratularci quando ci siamo fidanzati e abbiamo parlato con Diana e Raul della reception e anche con Martin, ma non una piccola cosa per dire congratulazioni come una carta o 2 bicchieri di prosecco o qualcosa del genere. Per quanto riguarda la camera, vorremmo menzionare che il materasso non è molto comodo come ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel 4 stelle e anche se la camera era molto ben attrezzata abbiamo perso un cestino in camera e abbiamo dovuto usare quello del bagno nel soggiorno. Non abbiamo mangiato al ristorante, quindi non posso dire del cibo lì e non abbiamo nemmeno usato la palestra o il centro benessere. Ritorneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo.

Hotel magnifico! Se vuoi la pace e abbastanza in un hotel di lusso di famiglia - questo è il posto. Il personale è molto attento.eccellente posizione vicino al miglio d'oro. Abbondanza di letti solari con spazio sia nel sole che nell'ombra. Matrimoni con padella. Il lavoro d'arte all'interno e all'esterno dell'hotel è così interessante. Il giardino è bellissimo. Il colazione è il migliore che abbia mai avuto a Tenerife- con cucina al grill ogni giorno. Succhi d'arancio freschi e Cava rende il soggiorno così un trattamento.

Prima volta in questa struttura. Camera moderna e molto accogliente con letto enorme e confortevole. Il ristorante è molto ben organizzato sia per il personale che per la varietà delle pietanze. La zona delle piscine è molto ben attrezzata e la cosa che ci è piaciuta moltissimo è stata la vasca idromassaggio . Soddisfacente anche lo spettacolo serale. Comodissimo all' interno della spa la presenza del parrucchiere dove per ben due volte ho potuto rilassarmi grazie alla bravura di Gabriel. Fotografi molto gentili e professionali. Apprezzatissimo il gentile omaggio di una bottiglia di spumante accompagnata da biglietto di auguri per il compleanno di mio marito. Vacanza stupenda . Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

The hotel is lovely with fantastic views of the sea and local hospital! The pool was inviting a tad cold but that’s to be expected this time of year. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms big lounge and 6 sunbeds. The apartment needs some updating but the beds were very comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat in the restaurant only drinks which were a bit pricey The rooms were not cleaned unless you asked them to be neither were the towels changed again unless you asked. We didn’t bother in the end and picked up new towels from reception. There are pool towels if you want them. If you want a takeaway reception will give you a menu which was very good There is a small supermarket up the hill for basics and if you are happy to walk 10mins up a hill the treehouse restaurant is a must. The biggest downfall is the location you can not walk into town due to it being on a main road. The accommodation is very close to the main road so always woken up by motorbikes and cars from 5am. Taxis are easy to get hold of through reception or you can try getting a bus either the 418 or 482 but the times are hit and miss. Overall if you want something out the way but very comfortable this is the place for you.

Residence molto ben tenuto, pulito e ben organizzato. Veramente gentile e competente il personale alla reception, ma tutto il personale del resort è molto gentile. Appartamento nuovo appena ristrutturato, materassi comodi per un buon sonno e ottimamente attrezzato. Bella la terrazza molto grande e con lettini e tavolo, doccia e barbecue. Pulizie ogni 4 giorni. Il resort dispone di una piscina riscaldata a 28 gradi, mentre le altre sono a temperatura normale. Bar e minimarket forniti di tutto. Non riesco a trovare qualcosa di negativo in questo resort, a parte il corridoio di atterraggio dell'aeroporto a 3 Km., rumore sordo e costante di giorno e assente di notte. Resta comunque una bella vacanza.
