Hotel in zona Twala Trust Animal Sanctuary, Platja D＇Aro

Ottimo hotel. Posizione pazzesca, comodo a tutti i servizi ed esattamente sul mare. Scendendo dalla parte sinistra c'è anche l'inizio di un percorso pedonale stupendo, che dura circa 3/4km con accessi alle calette della costa. L'hotel ha un bell ingresso e una vista mozzafiato nell'area bar/ristorante. 2 minuti a piedi dalla zona passeggiata. Parcheggio gratuito molto ampio. Kit di cortesia in camera. Inoltre abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere una camera bellissima, in realtà erano due camere matrimoniali, di cui una con King bed, con un super bagno attrezzato di doccia vasca e bidèt!! Avevamo anche due graziosi balconcini e la pulizia era ottima. Ristorante non provato. Da consigliare e da ri tornare se in zona. Ottimo soggiorno!

Il centro di Wi-Fi è stato molto pulito, ma l'hotel è stato pulito, ma c'erano ratti che correvano tutto il giorno e il personale non sembrava preoccuparsi quando li avessimo avvertiti. Più interessato che mio figlio non abbia una maglietta indossata, correvano intorno alla zona della piscina e al bar della piscina che, a proposito, non era mai aperta durante il nostro soggiorno, forse a causa dell’infestazione del ratto, come sembrava che fosse da dove provenivano. Il cibo era accettabile, nonostante fosse pietra fredda ogni pasto, e solo i francesi erano stati curati. Il bar del snack era terribile, non apriva le ore che doveva essere. Ho una grossa bocca di crisp, quasi coperta da qualche film di giovenche, da qualche frutto e da due giorni, c'era un strano panino di odore. Il divertimento era ok- ancora una volta tutti cucinati per francese e spagnolo che non ci avrebbe disturbato in generale, ma i bambini erano esclusi. Anche fare polo acqua inglese contro spagnolo/ francese. A mio parere l'hotel è più di due stelle.

Ottimo hotel, molto buona posizione in pieno centro della città, eppure è davvero molto tranquillo all'interno. Il personale è molto professionale e molto gentile. L'hotel è tutto nuovo, la camera è ben organizzata con materiali molto belli. Il colazione è di buona qualità. Raccomando questo hotel che è un vero 4 stelle.

Siamo appena tornati da una settimana di soggiorno in una delle suite con piscina privata e molto godetevi tutta l'esperienza. Platja d'Aro è una bella città con belle spiagge, a soli 3 minuti dall'hotel situato in una zona tranquilla e tranquilla. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto bello e tranquillo, molto tranquillo e, come era all'inizio della stagione, la città e le aree spiaggia erano più tranquilli.L'hotel è molto pulito e ben mantenuto, ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato amichevole, utile ed efficiente. Abbiamo avuto colazione ogni giorno, pranzo in un'occasione e cena nel ristorante poche volte e abbiamo goduto ogni esperienza, le mosche sono stati un colpo particolare! La terrazza e la piscina sono grandi, senza dubbio divertenti per i bambini, ma abbastanza tranquilli per gli adulti per raffreddare e gli alberi di pino fatti per un bel posto. Il letto era confortevole e anche se c'era una sala da letto e la TV che non abbiamo mai usato, scelssimo di sedersi fuori dalla nostra piccola piscina che era così piacevole di avere. Saremmo felici di rimanere anziani e di raccomandare.

We just got back from a multi-day family stay at this hotel. We had been on holidays in this area previously but this was our first time at S'Agaro Hotel. The hotel's location is amazing as it's just a few metres away from a lovely beach. The hotel and facilities are nice, clean and very well presented. The staff were all very polite and kind. The breakfast was good quality although a bit repetitive. The price for our say was substantially higher than other similar 4 star hotels in the same area. One good thing was that their rate was cancellable which is why we booked it in the end. If some of the other 4 star hotels in the area had offered cancellable rates, we would have probably gone for a slightly cheaper option than this hotel. The rooms a bit smaller than we hoped for but were adequate and clean. One of the big negatives is about the swimming pool. Although there's a large board stating what is and isn't allowed, this is not monitored by hotel staff and most of the rules are disregarded by guests. For example, eating and drinking in the sunlounges or keeping their dogs with them. More worryingly, plenty of people vaped and smoked in the sunlounges and not just tobacco, judging by the smell, stronger stuff too, which for a family hotel I found very poor. Although access to the hotel's area by car is heavily policed by security guards, accessing the hotel's pool on foot is not controlled at all so we regularly so random people walking in, swimming in the pool and then just leaving the premises without anyone challenging them. This was the case with both a group of local young back-packers and also a group of noisy French guys. None of them disturbed us directly, but I thought it was a bit off putting. In the age of social media, I assume people tell each other that this pool is widely open to anyone and people just use it without being guests at the hotel. We were travelling with children and all this made use feel a bit uneasy in the pool area. The gym is basic and limited in terms of equipment, specially weights. Another negative is with regards to food and drink in the room. We all know that anything from inside the mini-bar is chargeable. However, this is the first hotel I see where they place items like coffee capsules in a table in your room and then charges you for consuming them, at the end of your stay. Finally, I understand the hotel is dog friendly and guests are allowed them in their rooms, however, I wasn't happy to regularly see people taking their dogs to the swimming pool area (not in the water though) and also have them in the outdoor restaurant during breakfast time. In summary, nice hotel in great location, a bit overpriced and needs stronger pool access control policies.

Días en família con MP ya q no hazen PC. Habitación de hotel bien distribuïda, no moderna però amplia. Al entrar cama de matrimonio, pasillo con baño i bañera pequeña, i en el otro lado salin con sofa cama, nevera, tv i salida a balcon con mesa y sillas i una sisí. Limpieza correcta del dia a dia pero faltavan fondos… Comedor moderno con comida buena pero repetitiva y boca variedad. Y el horario d las comidas hasta tarde. Personal correcto, pero cuando lleguemos nos dijeron q hasta las 15h no entregavan la habitacion, tubimos de esperarnos hasta las 15:30h… Estancia correcta.

Che bel piccolo hotel. Non ho avuto il tempo di esplorare ancora come sono qui in un'emergenza familiare, ma questo posto è un piccolo gemello. Rimarrò sicuramente qui quando torno con il tempo per risparmiare. Avete mangiato solo le scale e il cibo era ragionevolmente prezioso e delizioso.L'atmosfera era amichevole e il bar e le aree di seggiolino esterno erano davvero benvenute con un ambiente accogliente. Ho fatto un sacco di viaggio in tutto il mondo e in passato hanno certamente pagato più per ottenere meno.
