This is a 2 star accommodation but, as others have stated, the experience is much more. It is run by 2 couples who do an amazing job. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a few teething problems in the first couple of days but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. A couple could have been avoided with prior communication, ie the key to the safe needs to go in with the notch at the top 😆 Easy when you know! Air con and safe were free of charge! They supplied us with a large fan on request as there was only air con in the bedroom and we used the living area too for sleeping. Amazing place and we will join the many we met there in returning here. A massive thanks to Stelios & Franceska and Babis & Karina.

As we knew this was 2 star accommodation we weren't expecting too much. However we were very happy with everything. Yes it's simple but it's clean and well kept. It's not a hotel but small blocks of large studio rooms with a small kitchenette and bathroom and balcony. The owners are lovely and always on hand to help if needed. The swimming pool was a good temperature and size. When we were there most of the other guests were at the older age range but then it wasn't the school holidays. There's a bakery across the road, a supermarket about 800m away and restaurants and the beach a little further. The beach is rather pebbly but the sea was lovely and clear. We ate at the restaurant in the studios 3 or 4 times and every meal was lovely. Ate out other times in the local restaurants - good value and delicious. Got the bus into the next town a couple of times - 2 euros and very regular. The only negatives I can give were the mosquitos and there is road noise at night - take spray and earplugs if you suffer. I usually go to all inclusive hotels but really enjoyed this holiday and will definitely come back to Greece again but try somewhere else as don't tend to go to the same place twice no matter how good. We booked through On the beach and found it was much cheaper than Jet 2.

We visited twice this year - 2024. If you want to relax in a family run hotel this is the place for you. The food on-site is amazing and so reasonable, with the ability to eat both inside and out. The rooms are standard bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with outside sitting area, these are all immaculately clean, with free fridge, free air con and free safe. There is never an issue with being able to sit around the pool in both the shade or the sunshine whatever time you arrive. The bus stop outside gives you the opportunity to visit Chania for only two euros, or Platanias, if you need a more vibrant & busy shopping, eating venue. We liked this so much we've booked again for June 2025, 😍

We had a wonderful 10 days here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the air conditioned accommodation was excellent. We also hired a car for 7 days so we were able to visit some lovely quiet beaches as well as the archeological sites of Aptera and Phalasarna

What a fantastic place, family were so friendly, the room was 1st class, the whole complex was clean. The food was very good nice to have homemade and reasonably priced. Lovely little additions to self catering, hand wash and washing up liquid. Air conditioning superb. Although on main road it was quiet and so near bus stops so travel easy and not expensive. Near to all amenities. Best we have experienced for the cost. Loved it and hopefully will return.

Very friendly, small family run establishment. Rooms are very clean and well looked after. Food in the bar is very good and available all day. We arrived at 130am due to delays but were still served with a drink on arrival - excellent customer service.
