Location was great and property was clean. The gym was closed for renovation during our entire stay, the pool was very cold so we didn't use it. The staff could be a little more helpful. Maid service was very late in the day (usually between 4-5pm). Also they did not have complimentary coffee which Marriot hotels usually do

Not much to look at on the outside but inside is very nice. Staff was friendly, room was very clean, great location by the mall & restaurants, & loved the window covering (i like a pitch black room). Only negative thing was there is only 1 mirror in the room so it's very hard to get ready with more than one other person rooming with you.

Probably best Hotel we have stayed in the last 3 years

Nice property for a basic stay

We stayed here as a 1 day post cruise layover. All the staff was incredibly friendly, and we really enjoyed the free starbucks coffee in the morning at the Bistro.

It was was vey clean nice comfortable and convenient. Only two complaints - wish there was an airport shuttle and also only one mirror in room. Need a second so two people can get ready and one should be full length!!!

Doors are too heavy! All the rest was good.

Great location, plenty of food choices and shopping mall close by. Clean environment and rooms are spacious.

Area around, cleanliness, property condition, staff

It was difficult to find the hotel. The GPS kept us going around in circles. The hotel staff could not direct us and once found the welcome was not “warm and fuzzy”. The name of the hotel should be on the building in lights just like the “Camden”. Way up in the sky and can be seen from a far

The only criticism that we have is the low toilet. Elderly people would very much appreciate a grab bar. This would help relieve back pressure.
