We had a terrible experience. Merita the representative at the front desks was professional and amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately merita was only there when we checked in, she is a great representative for the Hilton brand. David the shuttle bus driver was great, very friendly and professional. The remainder of the service we received was not Hilton standard. The night front desk person was not the same, I had to interrupt her person phone call and TV watching to ask her questions. It was obvious that it annoyed her. The rooms and the hallways were dirty. There were stains on our sheets and comforters. We contacted the front desk to have someone came and change the sheets. We were made to feel like we were complaining and that they didn’t want to change the sheets/ comforter but reluctantly did. There was no apology for dirty sheets/ comforter. The rooms are only cleaned every second day and it’s shows. I had to buy cleaner, to clean the tub and floor in the bathroom. We were constantly asking for extra towels and made to feel like we were an inconvenience. It was not a comfortable stay. We didn't say anything because we were there for two days and it was already uncomfortable for the few things we ask. I didn’t want to spend the last two days of my vacation looking for somewhere else to stay. Unlikely that I will return.
