Soggiornato per una settimana a luglio con la famiglia. Spiaggia di Tsilivi a meno di 5 minuti a piedi: non il miglior mare dell'isola, ma comodo e a pochi passi. Camere confortevoli, con lo stretto necessario (asciugacapelli, TV , frigobar con bottiglia di acqua gratuita fornita giornalmente, terrazzino con filo per stendere). Pulizia buona, ma le lenzuola non sono cambiate frequentemente. Buffet della colazione e dei pranzi ben rifornito (con menù internazionale, per tutti i gusti): qualità nella media, molta scelta e ben organizzato. Possibilità di noleggiare teli per piscina con cauzione di 10€ l'uno. Possibilità di avere un lunch-box con prenotazione la sera precedente (nel lunch-box però troverete cibi dolci come brioche, marmellate, succhi di frutta). Animazione serale gradevole, con termine alle 23:00 per consentire il riposo delle stanze adiacenti il palco. Hanno un deposito bagagli, delle docce per chi vuole lavarsi prima della ripartenza. Da segnalare che, anche una volta avvenuto il check-out (h. 11:00), è possibile continuare a usufruire dei servizi dell'all inclusive (bar, ristorante per il pranzo, piscina). Davvero ben organizzato e molta cordialità del personale!

May friend and I have just come back from a week staying at this hotel. I’ll Start at the beginning. On arriving at the hotel at 9pm to check in the staff said to eat first as the restaurant was closing soon and they wanted us to eat and drink before checkin, which I thought was great. I cannot praise the staff and management enough, nothing was to much for them, they go above and beyond their job roles. We were taken to our room, which was ground floor overlooking the pool. Had a walk in shower, plenty of storage, tea, coffee, milk and bottles of water. The beds were comfortable, changed everyday and fresh towels. We had a cleaner that came everyday(admittedly maybe they need to sweep under the bed instead of around it). Food was absolutely delicious, everyone could eat well, there was something to please all. Pool!! Was great, no problems getting a sun lounger no matter what time of day!! Only thing I would say is that there is a pool supposedly for adults and one for children but the children used both. Entertainment: staff work hard and have something going on for both adults and children during the day and night. Evening entertainment was a mixture of singing, dancing, bingo, karaoke and artists from outside. It was ok. Drinks were plenty, from cocktails to beer. There was only one or two serving but queue were kept to minimum. Snacks from the bar were also a good selection. Only thing I would say if I’m picking, it might be a good idea to have ice lollys at the bar as ice cream is only available during restaurant opening hours.The hotel is also close to beach if you go out the back of the hotel, which if you like the beach is great. Billy was our rep, he was great!! I would defo give him a 10 !! BILLY YOU MIGHT BE GOING RO BALI !!!!! All in all I would definitely return, just for the service from management and staff. Thankyou admiral for a wonderful week!!! Keep up the good work!!! I do think on reading certain reviews, I might be put off but no need to be. I also think one review on here about management must have been confused as to which hotel they were staying in.

5 stars for this Great Hotel. Lovely Welcoming Manager Athina leads a great team of friendly helpful staff. Hotel is always kept spotlessly clean. Our room had a great view. Food was Excellent, and plenty of choice. Location of hotel great too

Nice friendly hotel. Great staff. Good food. Fab location. Plenty of beds but the hotel was quiet. I could imagine it could be busy July and August. Only 2 mins from the beach and a nice walk along it. The village was really nice too and on your door step 👍

Me and my friends stayed here for a week , it is a lovely hotel, very welcoming and staff are all friendly and kind and they work really hard to satisfy everyone staying here. The beds are the comfiest I’ve stayed in a hotel , the hotel was always clean and tidy , the food is pretty good for an all inclusive place , and the drinks are good too . The entertainment was also quite good both for kids and for adults . We will definitely be coming back to stay here again

Had a wonderful time here. We had a room in C block so one of the updated ones very large room modern bathroom and view over the smaller pool. I can understand some negative reviews if you are in older type room. The food was lovely loads of choice every day staff very attentive at meal times very clean and no waiting for food at any time. All the staff work so hard to keep it clean everywhere in the hotel. Entertainment staff are great and friendly work hard all day and night Well done to them. Rooms are cleaned everyday and water left in fridge if they miss you go and ask reception for water its all free. Went to crazy golf good fun and two brothers cocktail bar had great fun there the brothers are crazy 🤣 It's the only time we all went out has the hotel had some good entertainment on.The holiday is what you make it we went with two teenagers and a 3 year old and they all enjoyed it. Love to all at admiral 😘

Fantastic choice for our first hotel holiday. We were dubious as my son has learning disabilities whether we were making the right choice after always staying in villas to avoid the sensory overload and hustle and bustle. We stayed in block C which is the updated block. Room was brilliant 5 beds in total with a partitioning area to separate. Cleaned daily, beds re made by the staff and water replenished. Grab the milk sachets from the pool bar as that's the only thing they didn't restock but wasn't a issue. All the staff were welcoming, made the time to speak and get everyone involved. There are 2 pools which were freezing cold so the beach was a good option as the sea was warmer. That's the only reason I went for very good. The kids were freezing in there!!! Otherwise would have scored a excellent for me. The beach is not even 5 minutes from the hotel on foot some beautiful bars and restaurants down there and brilliant toilet and shower facilities. The food was good always choice and the was needed for my fussy daughter of 14 years old. My son loved it always fish on the buffet. It was his 16th birthday while we were there we didn't think to ask the hotel about a cake so had one made at the amazing cake shop near crazy golf. The staff presented this to him at tea with balloons and singing happy birthday it made his day. I feel it depends what block or room you request is where the difference of reviews comes in. We had no concerns with ours at all it was lovely overlooking the small pool. The 2 young ladies who were part of the entertainment team work tirelessly and do a fantastic job. There is a cut of time for the entertainment which was 11pm due to laws and legislation there. Which suits for families. Be prepared to be involved especially the Greek night brilliant fun. We went to the crazy golf, two brothers for cocktails (this is a must they were brilliant) also the water park. Definitely on a half day needed its not huge if tou go in the afternoon it's reduced price from 2.30. Weather was gorgeous last week of sept/beginning of October 27 degrees most days. Huge shout out to magda who works so hard tidying, helping on the snack bar and always has good conversation. For the football fans if you head down to the beach and leave the hotel site on the left is a large bar they have multiple screens think I counted 12 they are always playing a match and they do brilliant entertainment too ABBA, Rod Stewart. Everyone has their own experience here depending what you pay for. I would recommend C block as a stay for a family. Glad I didn't listen to the pinicky reviews others had posted we loved it here. After reading some of the reviews on here regarding the hotel we were little dubious for what to expect when we arrived?. My advice you decide. Our experience of this hotel was amazing. We arrived and was welcomed with a with a welcome drink and the staff were amazing on reception. Our room was ready and we was shown to our room. We was in C block overlooking the small pool. The room was extremely spacious. Double bed, single bed sliding doors then another two more single beds. Plenty of room. The room was cleaned everyday. Fresh towels everyday and water in the fridge. There was entertainment around the pool throughout the day. The entertainment stuff amazing. Could be a little bit louder when they speak on the microphones especially if you are around the small pool so you can hear what's going on. Entertainment staff would come around speaking to people and engaging. Nice touch. Evening entertainment also basic kids mini disco is the same songs and Entertainment for them each night. Different acts on in the evening ranging from a magic and fire shell to Michael Jackson, a singer and a Greek night which was very entertaining and they will get you up to dance. The pool bar and snack bar staff really friendly cocktails throughout the day and evening. Only selected ones and you are inclusive but good choices. The beer not the best but drinkable. Avoid the cold drinks machine that's offered and ask for your drinks. Coke Sprite orange ect from the bar. Not very nice from the machine. The restaurant spacious. Good choice of food, evening meals and lunchtime meals. Breakfast. Same every morning but a good selection to choose from throughout. You can also get snacks, burgers, hot dogs, pizza from the pool bar. Again, nice touch. You can also get cakes and sandwiches over all the food really good. So again I say to you choose your own views on this hotel. We had a fantastic week weather, entertainment and food and would return so don't be put off by some of the negatives. There are also a lot of positive from this hotel. Enjoy your holiday if you do choose to come to this hotel.

Straight to the point. Not particularly happy with TUI. Absolutely had wool over our eyes with the room we stayed in. Our room looked nothing g like the one advertised on the pictures. I agree with another review, only block C has been upgraded. We were in block A, and definitely would not have booked the holiday if I knew what room I would be staying in for almost two weeks. I feel cheated, if not ripped off. Rooms are dated. Falling apart in some cases. Do not be fooled by the pictures from TUI. Trust me, you wont get one of those rooms. I think there are a handful of them. Photo attached is the view from our balcony. Absolute travesty of a view. It did say Garden View with Terrace on our booking with TUI, but again, they’ve had my pants down with that. Staff were good. Entertainment team were brilliant and work so hard. Pool area is small, noisy, but all ok and clean. Snacks were fine in the day. Food was good. Lots of choice and better than some all inclusive hotels we have stayed in. Entertainment is good. Some all hotels in the area as they are on a carousel. All hotels in the area are linked in some way. Great location. Perfect In fact. We used the beach bar associated with the hotel a lot, called AbraCatabra (20% discount on all drinks, food, sunbeds). In all honestly, most things were just OK. We’ve been to Tsilivi before and love the place. So kind of went where we knew we would enjoy the holiday, so came back feeling satisfied. Huge downside was that the room was terrible, and this ruined it for me. TUI stitched us up. False advertising. Literally just been on their website again and no sign of the rooms 95% of people get. A sham from TUI!!
