Hotel a 3 stelle a Plano

Was recently/currently being remodeled from La Quinta to Four Points. Things are updated but the people making installments are doing a poor job! There are small boxes of equipment left in the rooms as if the crew will be back to finish installing things. The drapes in my room have slits in them clearly from a box cutter. The owner should be made aware that they are spending all this money to rebrand to a Marriott and the crew hired to do the cosmetic changes are doing a poor job. There are lamps in my room, one with a bright white light and one with a bronze glow. There are only 2 nightstand lamps and one on the desk. Lighting in the rooms is for anyone looking for a dim-lit ”romantic” atmosphere. I rated the hotel ”very good” because overall the hotel looks great. But there are things that need to be brought to the attention of the owner/management; like maybe adding a floor lamp to the rooms would add more light and to walk the rooms and look at the ”damage” caused by the crew working the re-branding standards and instruct them to be more careful when opening packages and to not damage the inventory.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, the king sized beds were very comfortable. The bistro however had limited options for breakfast. I would stay here again.

Although we've never been here before, unlocking the door to our studio suite was like coming home! As the door opened smoothly, we were greeted by soft music, a lamp on the desk glowing and a cool breeze which was heavenly after coming in from a stressful drive on a 90+-degree day! Everything was clean and shiny with not a speck of dust anywhere! The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything but food including a toaster. The granite countertops were spotless as was every inch of metal trim in the bathroom with not even one fingerprint to be found! The furnishings included a long sofa (hide-a-bed), rolling desk chair and expansive desk surface which was perfect for playing dominoes, a large tv which swiveled between living area and bedroom and a bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. (Room 106) The hotel staff called 10 minutes after we were in our room to make certain everything was to our expectation. I don't know how our 3 day stay could have been made better because every time we came back to the hotel, it felt like we had come home!

Io e mio marito viviamo nella zona e ci siamo trasferiti qui per 10 notti mentre abbiamo fatto un progetto di riparazione in casa nostra. Ci siamo davvero goditi il nostro soggiorno. La suite monocamera era abbastanza spazio per noi e per lui per fare un lavoro lontano. Il servizio di manutenzione viene ogni 3 giorni e cambia letti, vuoti, spazzatura vuota, ripristina itrim. Ma se avete bisogno di oggetti tra questi pulizie, il desk front provider. La colazione è disponibile ogni mattina e c'è una bella selezione - uova, patate, avena, cereali, yogurt, salsa, bacche, ecc. Ci era una piscina, che era pulita e mantenuta e servizi di lavanderia al secondo piano. Se dovesse emergere una necessità, rimarrei qui.

Stayed at this hotel for three days for a family get together, stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. They set-up was perfect for our party of four (two couples). We enjoyed having a shared living room area for socializing and conversation. All of the furniture was comfortable and clean. Everything in the room was in good was in good working order, very comfortable bed and linens, responsive A/C system. Room was cleaned each day (a rare thing in hotels today). Common areas were well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and well-stocked each morning. Hallways were well maintained, featuring photos of Texas-born celebrities (had fun trying to identify them all.). Staff was always helpful and polite when called upon for any matters. Location was convenient for all of the things we needed to do, a bit further from Downtown Dallas, which you would need a car to travel to downtown Dallas. Used outdoor pool twice, nice and refreshing, and well-maintained, along with the outdoor seating and recreation areas. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in the area; I enjoyed staying here.

L'ambiente è buono

Le camere sono pulite e ordinate, e le dimensioni sono ok. C'è un supermercato indiano di fronte all'hotel, dove è possibile acquistare alcune necessità quotidiane o cibo, e ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso abbastanza soddisfacente, buon rapporto prezzo/prestazioni!
