(1) Guest requirements includes primary renter ages 21 and up staying at the property and identity confirmed by VRBO. (2) Because the property is in a QUIET RESIDENTIAL neighborhood, the following rules have been established: (i) Quiet time is between 9 pm and 8 am. During quiet time, the noise level outside on the property must not exceed 40 decibels. (Generally, a low voice in a quiet setting ranges between 35 to 40 decibels.) (ii) When it is not quiet time, the noise level outside on the property must remain below 70 decibels. (iii) NO music, verbal communication, or other sound containing any FOUL language is allowed if it can be heard at all outside of the house (including the front of the house or the backyard) at any time.(3) Guests must use the garage and back drive way for parking (allows for a total of 4 cars). We do not want to crowd the front street. No more than 2 cars may park on the street in front of the house if needed. Please ensure your cars are locked at all times. (4) Since we do allow pets, house rules include picking up after them. There is a pet fee per stay. If you plan to bring a pet, the host must be informed at the time that the reservation is confirmed. (5) If you use the outdoor grill, please clean the grill prior to checkout.
