This was probably the dirtiest Extended Stay I’ve ever stayed at. I travel a lot and usually try to stay at extended stays but this was disgusting
The bathroom faucet didn’t turn all the way off and the toilet seat was almost coming off. Refrigerated and dishwasher were very dirty
The only positive was the gentleman who checked me in.

So once I entered the place I was greeted by the hotel manager Aaron and he was very helpful thoughtful understanding and took care of us right away and then I came to my room and the place was beautiful it had all the anemones has a stove it has a dishwasher a sink to wash dishes in a full refrigerator a microwave TV cable TV the bathrooms are lovely the beds are wonderful to sleep in a great size and desk to write on and do my art on and me and my girlfriend we have a lot of fun here the staff are awesome they treat you with respect and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in Wilkes-Barre area the prices are awesome for what you get and it's located in an awesome area as well but again the staff here are the best though and I've been in a lot of hotels in this area and this is the place that I come to with my girlfriend to make babies huh yeah I'm sure

The a dishwasher is disgusting and the kitchen was really dirty. Inside the cabinets and the drawers were extremely dirty. And the refrigerator was old outdated, yellow-ish and very dirty. Although it is for extended stay there was not a single plate, cup, or silverware at all. Also, very limited bedding. No extra covers were available and it was a cold night. But the woman at the front desk was wonderful , helpful and friendly. I forgot her name but she was from Queens NY.

Lobby has a strong smell of smoked *********. Floor was sticky and tirned the bottom of our feet black. Very shaddy other people staying there. We will not be back.

I've been staying here about 3 weeks now and the management makes it so much fun and making you feel you're at home away from home. Rooms are great, service is great location super easy right off the highway. Whatever issues I have is taken cared of asap and they extended my stay no problem until my apartment is ready to move in

Mike and all the stuff members were excellent I recommend this hotel anytime great service they work with you people friendly I loved my stay here thank you to all the staff here. Highly recommend the staff and service are second to none! Will be back!

Great place to stay when I'm in Pennsylvania. The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable and they have a laundry room. It's nestled on a hill and tucked away, while still being close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would recommend to anyone.

Stay away
I was disappointed the room didn't have soap, shampoo not even a cup in for use in the bathroom, asked at the front desk and was informed that stuff is no provided. The room had a kitchen but nothing to cook with or eat or drink from. The hotel was very noisy with paper thin walls.

Great place to stay. The staff is friendly and always try to help. They are good with reasonable requests. When I'm in PA, I have my company book this hotel. They have laundry facilities and are close to restaurants, while also being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city
