This place was very nice and in the perfect location. Right across the street is the Ellysian and the "boardwalk" with lots of shops and restaurants. It's also close to Sandy Feet at the Bohemian. The studio was well appointed , even to having plates, bowls and drinkware. A mini fridge, microwave and sink were also part of the kitchenette. Very nice shower in the bathroom. The slightly larger than plunge pool was mostly shady, depending on time of day. The only negative was check in. There was no office, and there were no signs there or instructions online where to get the key. We walked around and around and up and down and finally some guests directed us where to knock. We knocked again there and this timd someone answered. All quite awkward, but the owners were super nice. They live on the entire second floor.

Absolutely perfect. We stayed in the one bedroom - it was beautiful, spacious, and stocked with all the basic home amenities you could think of. The owners even helped me surprise my husband for his birthday (he had no idea where we were going in the world before boarding the plane) by stocking the fridge with drinks and creating the most delicious and beautiful platters and dips for our arrival. I would never stay anywhere else in Placencia. Probably the most perfect location of any place I’ve ever stayed at - at the beginning of downtown, only two miles from airport, one block from the beach, next door to boat/snorkeling/scuba tours, across the street from a grocery store, etc. We used their bicycles every other day to explore all over the island, the pool was perfect, and we were so grateful for the air conditioning in the bedroom for those hot nights. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place at a reasonable price. We will be back!!!

We rented the studio apartment for 10 days and it was exactly what we had hoped for. The hosts Phil and Megan were friendly, and welcoming. They had great traveling advice to share. We had a well-equipped kitchen that included what we needed for our stay, and access to a bbq and laundry. We also really enjoyed being able to use the bikes to cruise around on the peninsula. The pool was also well kept, clean and perfect for relaxing. The location was also ideal, close to main attractions yet quiet in the evening. Excellent value, a great place to stay!

At the Driftwood, the amenities are very accommodating. Spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchens and a short walk from everything you need - shopping, dining, nightlife as well as beach, excursions and activities. Managed by a young and energetic staff, they are very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Die Unterkunft mit ihrem tollen Pool und Palmengarten hat einen ganz besonderen Charm. Unser Schlafzimmer blickte direkt in den tropischen Garten, der am Abend beleuchtet wird. In der ganzen Woche keine unerwünschten Krabbeltiere in der Unterkunft gesichtet. Das Bett ist der groß und comfortabel. In der gesamtes Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man zum Wohnen und Kochen benötigt. Ein Fahrradangebot ist auch kostenlos vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und in der Unterkunft präsent. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, alles liegt zentral. Auch zwei ATM's sind in greifbarer Nähe. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar, keine Überraschung vor Ort. Sehr empfehlenswert!
