I have nothing but good things to say about It’zana. We went in September for our honeymoon and felt incredibly cared for the entire trip. Natalia, the concierge, was friendly and super helpful in getting us set up for all our excursions for the week. She even set up some fun surprises for us in our room when we got back from an outing, and had us greeted with refreshments when we would return. Ivan and Amir and Kiel gave us five star service at the restaurant, bar, and pool. All of our needs were always attended to, and the staff was all so nice and genuine and funny. We loved getting to know each of them. The rooms are beautiful, the food is wonderful, the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous - with a pool overlooking the beach and swings and hammocks on the sand - and we couldn’t have asked for better. There was even a cute little kitty named FryJack who would greet us at meal times! We have so much appreciation for everyone at It’zana and are already planning our return trip!

Amazing place! Absolutely beautiful! The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Rooms are always clean and well cared for. The food is amazing + adventure. I can’t say enough!! You need to just get out and walk around because there is so much to learn. The people are amazing. It’s Anna is the most beautiful place on the peninsula. We will come back often.

We really enjoyed our time at Itz’Ana. The experience was very peaceful. There is an incredible view of the beach from the pool and restaurant. The rooms were clean. You can tell the staff works hard to keep the property looking beautiful. The concierge helped us arrange a snorkeling trip which went so smoothly. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The resort provided transportation to and from the airstrip as well. Drinks, food, and service were excellent! We would love to come back.

We had a brief one night stay before heading out on a sailing charter. The room at first glance was lovely and the ac was definitely refreshing. What was less than appealing was the bugs that crawled out from the tissue box on the bathroom counter. However this was not the most disappointing part of our stay. It was actually our credit card being compromised. And trying to follow up with management afterwards has been nearly impossible. I’ve called multiple times prior to posting trying to speak to someone other than a reservations agent, and each time I am “transferred” the line disconnects and calling back results in going straight to voicemail. Hard to recommend this property based on our experience. Our brief stay has caused a lot of headache and extra work cancelling our card while we should have been enjoying our vacation.

I highly recommend the hotel. The staff is amazing, as well as the food. The ambience of the hotel is outstanding. The views inside and outside the hotel are beautiful. The guest experiences were so much fun! I’m already planning my next visit.

The hotel is just a dream itself. The classic colonial style decoration is fantastic. The infinity pool really great. Good service and a very good list of activities not to be missed. Yoga and outside cinema are in the house for selected days.

The staff and facilities at Itz’ana are one of a kind! Waking up to the sounds and view of the ocean is indescribable! The staff is so welcoming and understanding. Especially their front desk. Starla, Kimberly, and Evelyn were extremely accommodating! I highly recommend this resort if you’re ever traveling to Belize.

The atmosphere is realy nice both in the day and at night. The sunrise is spectacular. If you go try the lofts to stay in, they face ocean. The staff is very friendly and eager to have conversation. They are trained very well and speak English. The pool is absaluttly wonderfull.
