This is the best hotel I've stayed in ever, everything was spotlessly clean ,our room was faultless, the big double bed was like falling into a big soft fluffy cushion , the food was the best , and all the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome , it's in the middle of pitlochry but set back from the road so no noise at all, a great place for a drink and a meal HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5*

We were in Scotland for 10 days on a family vacation (3 rooms - 13, 50, 55, 57, 80, 81). We stayed in 4 different hotels and an air B&B. The Old Mill Inn was by far our favorite. The rooms were nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included with our room and was very good. If the weather is nice, there is a good seating area outside. The highlight of the Old Mill is the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They provided recommendations on things to see and do while in town. We ate dinner there one evening and the food was ok. We preferred breakfast there and lunch/dinner elsewhere.

A little gem of a hotel tucked back on the main street in Pitlochry. We stayed in a deluxe room and ate in the hotel. The room was excellent, clean, well-appointed, and spacious. The food was excellent; the chefs know what they are doing! Breakfast cooked fresh for you and great choice. They cater for both gluten and lactose free diets. What sets this place apart are the staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, attentive. Exemplary really. Will definitely go back.

From arriving to leaving after 2 nights, our experience was faultless. Amazing staff, room, location and food. Only wish we had more time there. We slept so well and ate there both nights as the food was exceptional We will be back. We'll done

Great hotel very modern and clean stayed for two nights although we have stayed here before, did not disappoint, good atmosphere entertainment great, plenty of parking spaces, food good especially the breakfast will be back again in the future.

We wanted to love this space. Such a charming building and the staff are lovely. However: The rooms are exhausted, hot, tiny, dark, noisy. The shower didn’t work unless you wanted a pulsing cold shower - obviously a pump problem. The food is either a decent hit or a hopeless miss - decent chicken but the my god the risotto was a tasteless sludge. Thank you for comping a meal but really, the basics such as sleep, wash and eat are missing. We went from jolly to grumpy in 12 hours but paid for such a better standard.

The hotel was just perfect - our room was beautifully decorated and every detail was thought of. The bed was so comfortable - the room was spacious and the bathroom modern. The hotel staff - everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming- they made us feel very special. We ate in the restaurant and again the service was excellent and the food delicious. We also had breakfast included in our room rate - and the choice was varied and lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel if your planning to visit Pitlochry- I would definitely go again.

We just love the Old Mill Inn ! The bedrooms are lovely and the king size beds are so comfortable. The food is absolutely excellent. We had a dinner and a breakfast. All the staff are very friendly and give us first class service. The ones we met this time were Katerina and Olivia in Reception who looked after so well. Mollie and Danny gave us great service for our dinner and the gentleman who serves the breakfasts also gave us great service. We also love the outside tables and the flowers they have outside are beautiful. We are already booked to come back in November !

We had an excellent overnight stay in this hotel which is situated in the centre of town. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Both looked new. Breakfast was excellent and served at the table - not a buffet- which was most welcome. Highly recommended.
