Hotel con colazione inclusa a Pitlochry

La struttura è esternamente molto bella, curatissima e in ordine. L’interno, tolta l’immancabile (ahimè) moquette, è una struttura elegante e molto grande: le camere sono spaziose , ma dovrebbero sicuramente essere rimodernate al pari del bagno. Si può usufruire della spa e anche di un piccolo percorso di golf da 9 buche: alla reception noleggiano le mazze e si può passare un po’ di tempo immersi nella natura. Nel fine settimana al pub interno c’è musica dal vivo: attenzione che , nonostante si possa continuare a bere fino a quasi mezzanotte, la cucina chiude prima delle 21 e sono inflessibili. È un posto sicuramente da consigliare.

A real gem! We had the perfect stay in this lovely hotel. We are so pleased that we stayed at the Westlands instead of the other hotels in Pitlochry which looked a bit tired and impersonal in comparison. There was a mix up with my booking (which was completely my fault!) but it was dealt with incredibly fairly and beyond my expectations. Fantastic hotel with such a lovely ambience and amazing location. I must also comment on the delicious breakfast and the wonderful staff. I'm not surprised that all the other guests we met said that on their travels around Scotland this was the best hotel they had stayed in! If we return to Pitlochry, this is 100% the hotel I'd book!

Lovely, friendly and clean hotel. The staff were friendly throughout our stay and we felt the price was very affordable and well justified. Moreover, what was pleasing to find out, was the price was not made inordinate given the enchanted forest experience was the reason why we stayed there. My wife and I dined inside the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious Indian cuisine. Furthermore, the breakfast was above standard also. There was parking available just outside the hotel and the walk into town was no more the 7mins. Definitely a 5 star experience and thoroughly recommended.

Molto centrale. Stavo in una camera gemella. Mi guardava alla stazione ferroviaria. Passeggiato e la prima impressione era povera, perché la finestra era piena sembrava non essere stata pulita in un tempo molto, molto lungo. La stanza era pulita ma molto fondamentale. Il tè e il caffè in una stanza che mi piace. Parti dell'hotel sembravano date un ma stanco, non come quello che si mostrava nella pubblicità televisiva. La stanza era molto calda, ma c'era un fan nella stanza che era utile come era necessario. La colazione era deliziosa, mi fermerò di nuovo a causa della posizione. Il personale in check-in è stato molto utile, soprattutto quando sono arrivato e non c'era spazio nel parcheggio. Anche se non mangiamo in hotel sembrava che servissero bella cibo. Divertimento in diretta nel bar dell'hotel il sabato sera. Il giardino è un bel posto se vuoi stare seduto fuori o fare una passeggiata. Tutto È stato abbastanza piacevole, andrò indietro solo una vera vergogna di quanto la finestra della camera da letto non poteva guardare fuori per godere la vista.

We had the BEST stay yet again at Craigmhor lodge & Courtyard. We have been a few times before and the beautiful, setting, accommodation, welcoming staff and breakfast keeps bringing us back . At this time of year when it’s chilly ( sometimes rainy) outside whenever you enter your accommodation it’s toasty warm , it’s like giving you a big hug. The decor is beautiful, good quality bedding , comfy massive bed. I had a bath is the enormous bath tub which filled with piping hot water so quickly I was well impressed, great water pressure in shower too, lovely local produced toiletries also provided. The breakfast is over in the main house , which is AMAZING and sets you up for the day, you are no sooner sat down and coffee, toast and fruit juice arrives at your table , you are then left to peruse the extensive breakfast menu with both starters and mains , they have a wide range to choose from and all the produce is sourced in Scotland much of it very local . All in all Craigmhor is a wonderful place to stay, so convenient for exploring in all directions, would highly recommend a wee wander up the road to the Moulin Hotel & pub where we had a very tasty meal and enjoyed a drink with the locals , atmosphere and surroundings, made our night . We will definitely be back .

Another fabulous weekend in Pitlochry staying in McKays. Lots of breakfast choices. Steak night on Friday was exceptional value. Bang in the centre of Pitlochry its close to everything. Our rooms were very comfortable. Great beds. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Busy bar and restaurant. Live music Fri & Sats. Really good. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting Pitlochry even if just to dine (make a reservation!). 3rd time there and it’s my go to hotel in this fabulous wee town!

Me and my sister booked a room for visiting the enchanted forest ( amazing ). We arrived at the hotel at 3.30 (check in from 3) and were told our room wasn't ready so we waited half an hour before I asked again and was given a key. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed. For a spa hotel the pool was small and shallow. We did visit during the school holidays which meant the pool was extremely busy with families and children which made it hard to have any space to swim or relax. The shower in the room had poor pressure and was warm rather than hot. The breakfast was included which was good and there was a good selection available and the staff in the breakfast room were friendly. Not a bad hotel but not sure it was worth the £180 we paid for the the room and it would of been good if it had been ready on arrival.
