We had a lovely five nights stay at Pisac Inn. It's a character filled hotel with fire in the dining room and garden courtyard, in a great location in the centre of town. The staff are welcoming and helpful with the feel of a family run business and the food served in the restaurant is delicious. Rooms are clean, decorated in local style and we slept well in the large and comfortable bed. We loved sitting on the hotel terrace in the morning sun overlooking the Plaza with a coffee.

Front desk receptionist- Roxana should be given a pay raise. Actually all the staff represent this hotel so well it's because of them. I give it my 5 star rating. You feel right at home with friends! Best location, food and service in town. Cons: the historical bedroom door arch is low watch your head.lol

The people who work at the inn are very helpful. They helped to arrange some trips for us to visit various sites. ******* had said I could not cancel an extra room that was booked for two nights ( a person ended up unable to come on the trip) but they cancelled it for us at no charge-the day of our arrival. Our room was very clean. The restaurant in the Inn is excellent .

Best service! Roxana arranged for us to be picked up at the Cusco airport. Two large bottles of water and two cups of coca tea greeted us. Our room was quite charming and full of local motifs - notice the shape of the lampshades. Roxana called a taxi for us to get to the ruins, and translated for me to arrange for the driver to take us to Ollantaytambo the next day. The restaurant is open air with large native plants. Breakfast was wonderful. Our stay could not have been more enjoyable!

Our host Roxanna was extremely friendly and caring. The common spaces are very tranquil and room extremely comfortable. In house restaurant was extremely delicious. WiFi worked great. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Pisac Area! The perfect jump point to anywhere in the Sacred Valley!

Excellent stay at this beautiful and atmospheric hotel- lovely scented plants climbing over the courtyard and a superb view of the square from the balcony of the guest sitting room. Very comfortable room - very quiet, good powerful shower and comfy beds. The staff were superb - the lady on reception even helped up with a problem with our luggage, which the airline had lost on our flight over. Delicious breakfast and free mineral water for topping up water bottles before visiting the stunning ruins. We also had a very good meal in the restaurant. All in all 10 out of 10

I had the most wonderful stay at the Pisac Inn. The room was colorful and cozy. The staff is very caring, capable, and attentive. The breakfast is generous and delicious. The dinners at Cuchara de Palo were excellent 😚👌🏽. Many compliments to the chef. There are plenty of common spaces in which to read a book or get together with friends. The whole space is beautifully and mindfully decorated with art, artesanías, and plants. It really felt like home by the end of my stay. I was sad to leave not just the Pisac Inn but the beauty of the small town of Pisac and the majestic mountains that surround it. I hope I get the opportunity to return some day!

Pisac was possibly our favorite city from our Peru tour, and the Pisac Inn is right on the main square! Mornings and evenings are quite pleasant with few tourists along the cobblestone streets. The hotel has a lovely courtyard filled with plants. Breakfast was quite good. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit tiny. Very quiet and we slept well with multiple blankets. We would love to visit again!

We had a very comfortable 3-night stay at the Pisac Inn. The staff were excellent and the location on the main square was perfect for exploring the town and hiking to the nearby ruins. We also loved the charming courtyard. I was sick for part of my stay, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend this place!
