This place idd as absolutely amazing! Everyone must visit this hotel, such an incredibly experience ! You will never be able to see elephants that close! Beautiful hotel with amazing service!

В отеле остановились на 1 ночь. Ужин не понравился. Готовить здесь не умеют. Рыба была пересушена, креветки подгорели, коктейль из креветок был с хвостами. К рыбе в меню был положен соус, который не принесли. Мы попросили соус, и он стал самым вкусным, что было на ужине. Коктейли алкогольные здесь не делают, но могут налить крепкий алкоголь из бутылок в стакан. Его же можно самостоятельно развести соком. Почему нельзя научиться мешать коктейли – загадка. Вино и пиво здесь тоже были, но выбор небольшой. Проблемы с едой на этом не закончились. На завтраке девушка, жарившая омлет, витала в облаках. Масло с маленькой сковороды было в секунде от возгорания. Мой заказ она вообще не услышала. Когда она опомнилась, то вылила невзбитые яйца на сковородку. На скрембл, который я просила, это сразу стало непохоже. Я решила, что глазунья сойдёт, и тут она начала прокалывать желток вилкой. Я попросила этого не делать. Тут подошёл повар. Я сказала, что достаточно над яйцами издеваться, перекладывайте. Пока они мучали сковородку, растёкся и второй желток. Мне показалось, что эти люди впервые увидели плиту, и готовка - не их конёк. В номере чайник, холодильник. Мне понравился ремонт в ванной. Кондиционер не сильно холодил. В WiFi отсутствовал интернет. Пока я не сходила на ресепшен, его не починили. В розетках нет переходников, поэтому заряжать всё пришлось утром, когда сотрудник пришёл с отвёрткой и заткнул наши зарядники. Главным в отеле был балкон с видом на реку, где купают слонов. Это и есть главное достоинство отеля вместе с бассейном, из которого за слонами можно наблюдать и делать фото. Около отеля находится спа. Ни за что туда не ходите. Никто не говорит на английском, хотя ценник туристический. Массаж делать не умеют. Отель рекомендую, если найдёте, где ещё можно поесть. Мы так долго наблюдали за слонами, что в сам слоновий заповедник не пошли.

超級不錯，拍照很出片，服務人員也非常不錯，酒店晚上的自助餐愛也很棒，陽台還可以看落日跟飛鳥，滿分超讚，很安靜～

При заезде будьте осторожны, тук тукерв подходят и могут вести себя как сотрудники отеля, стоят возле вывески, знаю все о том во сколько заселение и прочие нюансы Норовят отвезти в herbal garden, где да комиссию вам будут показывать разные специи и растения и товары из них втридорога, далее отвозят на покупку билетов на катание на слонах и прочее, достаточно настойчиво предлагая внести аванс. А после показывают как проехать в отель, а это весьма непросто найти этот поворот. Ну и по классике просят деньги за свои якобы услуги. Поворот находится через дорогу от общественной туристической парковки, эти очень узкая бетонная дорога идущая вниз, и через один поворот налево. Про отель написал в другом своём отзыве, с ним все хорошо, до сих пор тут.

My wife and little son got harassed by visiting guests and horrible manager and staff didn’t even attend to solve. Horrible stay. Most of the room facilities are broken including telephone, A/C no tv remote I returned my all 3 meals I ordered because no taste at all. Not cooked well and disgusting

I visited this hotel during March. I was given awesome room on second floor. The room had balcony opening to vast jungle and river flowing outside ur room. The river is bathing place for elephant of pinawala. So u can see elephant in river through the hotel itself. It was so amazing. The swimming pool is also wonderful overlooking river. Liked the place overall. Tips for improvement. They need to have more vegetarian option. They did have few veg options but I think you guys can improve a bit on this aspect. Overall the hotel and the room assigned to me was amazing. It was super start of the memorable trip for me

Everything! The location perfect,the staff so nice and helpfull. The breakfast buffet was great,and the bedroom was amazing,we had the deluxe family room with river view. Best time ever......thank you again........................

I have visited This property Last January .it was my business Trip with my Office Staffs.Overall Hotel accomadation ,Amenities,Foods. Recommended Place for every one.Room beds are okay and Comfortable.The view is so nice.Infront of the River.

Run down Rooms & interiors ! Good for usd50... Views from balcony facing River are Fanstastic esp to watch Elephant bathing. Breakfast very well spread & service superb. Reception staff needs lot of improvement. Hidden entrance from main road.

Best place for elephants bating while we are swimming with family pool at the elephant bay hotel It is best view and phenomenal place to stay with the family. A lot of tourist love this place. Staff is friendly food is OK the river fantastic overlooking I can recommend anyone to be just relax holiday. In Sri Lanka My family really enjoyed thanks

We stayed in Elephant Bay for 1 night. The breakfast buffet was really good with many options and the swimming pool with the view on the elephants bathing is definitely the highlight of the hotel. Also, the checkout at 2pm is really convenient so you don't have to worry about getting out of the pool to pack your stuff while the elephants are still there and you can take a shower before hopping on the road.

This hotel and the views are just wow. We booked the room with the terrace and river view. The sound of the river was so soothing. Wish I could stay there forever. The place is worth more than the price we paid. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed. The pool is open till late at night, and the garden is well taken care of. The staff were helpful when needed, even though they did not like to smile. You can swim in the pool while watching the elephants having a bath in the river. The best view ever. The location is very good also with some souvenir shops and restaurants around + a herbal garden where you can have a massage and steam bath at a reasonable price I highly highly recommend it and wish I could come back, as this place is like heaven on earth. We didn't take breakfast in the package, so we went to different hotels and restaurants around for breakfast.

We stayed here just for a night and it met our expectations as based on the reviews we didn't have high expectations Goods 1. The view of the river was just perfect. 2. The elephants come to the resort at 10am to 12:00 and we got to feed them and touch them. Even though the hotel guy said it is not allowed in the beginning. 3. The pool was clean and good.. Great experience being in the water and looking at the elephant's walking by. Bad 1. The room was very basic, the toilet was actually stinking so taking bath post a pool dip was not great. 2. There are no lifts and its a multifloor layout so you have to go up and down. I would have given the place 2 star but gave it one additional due to the experience with the elephants, which was quite exquisite.
