Hotel in zona Hengchun Airport, Pingtung

Il popolo è completamente pulito, soprattutto soddisfatto dell'acqua calda e della pressione idrica super forte. Il viaggio è un giorno per lavare un forte e potente bagno idrico molto comodo.Persino per la vacanza, il prezzo è molto superbo. Il servizio del personale dell'hotel è attento, c'è una piscina all'aperto con un tavolo da tavolo in camera, una lavastoviglie e una lavastoviglie. Il buffet, la colazione e il buffet sono deliziosi, l'ambiente è pulito, ci sono strutture per giocare con l'acqua. È un buon hotel con i bambini vicino al mare e giocare con l'acqua. È vicino a un punto di acqua a 1000 chilometri. Dopo aver fatto l'acqua, è molto conveniente ritrovare il bagno in hotel. Non è lontano dalla città di Xiaochuan o da tutti gli attrazioni.

We stayed at Amanda for 2 nights with one of our friend couple. First night, we stayed at the ”Rose City 2 Bedroom Suite” which was exactly like its description - 2 bedroom and one bathroom with two doors which was great. We really enjoyed the first night. The location is great - very close to the night market and all our outdoor activities. Second night, we reserved the ”Ancient Jade Villa” with a private swimming pool. We have traveled enough to know that sometimes pictures posted are outdated so we called the hotel in advance to make sure that it met our needs BEFORE booking. We needed two bedrooms and wanted to book the villa with the private giant swimming pool as it was portrayed on trip.com. We were told that it has two bedrooms - which unfortunately was not true. The swimming pool was not like the one posted on trip.com (they have updated the pictures now) When we told the staff that this was not the room we booked, they said that it was ”renovated” and that the pool was exactly like the picture. The picture of the pool was an almost full size pool that was rectangle and the room we received was a triangular jacuzzi sized pool in the corner (?????) *** I think the most unfortunate part of this incident was that the staffs were treating us as if we are stupid and kept insisting that the room we received was exactly the room on the picture.. (The two pool pictures are below) Thankfully, I'm guessing it is the manager but he handled the situation quite professionally and was able to accomodate us into two separate hotel rooms quite quickly. A frustrating situation was resolved very quickly with care and we really appreciated it. One other thing I'd like to mention is the breakfast restaurant staff's behaviours. - Some of the food were out so we asked if it would be refilled, one of the waitress replied to us that it will be. After 20 minutes of waiting later, we asked another waiter and he said it will NOT be refilled. But about 3 minutes later, it was refilled??? - We asked for some ice, and the waitress said ”Actually, you cannot actually ask for ice” ????? Some other minor issues were: - unstable electricity in the rooms (the electricity plugs kept turning off for some reason) - the lighting in the rooms were way too dark considering that the rooms didn't get too much natural light (to the point where putting on makeup was almost impossible) - the air condition system was unstable (it was either too cold or too hot) - the door handles were either broken or the screws were coming off and there were too many light switches that did not work or were confusing(?)

Ho 24 ore di cucina gratuita, è davvero troppo carino.Il posto è buono per uscire è la strada di Jingding e il parcheggio è fantastico nel seminterrato, non c'è bisogno di abbattere il sole.  Si consiglia di soggiornare presto prima che ci sia un parcheggio. Il parcheggio è limitato.  Ma non c'è nessun piano meccanico. La qualità della camera è molto buona e il letto è molto buono. 👍
