整體不錯，公共衞生有點差，入住時在裝修，整棟樓都聽得到聲音，入住時要午休，真的很吵，訂了兩間大套房，入住時其中一間才剛剛打掃出來，消毒水的味道很大，後面才發現衞生間還漏水，床很大，設施也齊全，但是電視打不開看不了，網絡連不上，不隔音，晚上聽的到走道和其他房間的聲音，停車場是公共的，退房時等了很久才來挪車，在小縣城的話還算不錯，樓底下就有吃的。就是早餐種類再多一點就好了。

環境和房間一級棒，住的很舒服，還會再來。但是服務差強人意，你説不好麼也不算，就是細節看的出總體，比如前台接待坐着一邊幹自己的事一邊搭理你；我們住兩天，第二天房間有我們自己帶去的礦泉水就沒有補充水，打掃衞生頭一天的外賣垃圾沒有收（我們打包整齊放在垃圾桶旁邊）；住兩天就應該第二天不用再刷卡，這不是個事再去前台辦理就行，但是不能我不要就不給早餐券，我開口要了還愛給不給，就像是多要了一樣，總之服務體驗感極差，雖都不是什麼大問題，但是作為那麼大個酒店這些小細節還是能看出問題，希望下次入住時能有好的感受。

UUtente ospite賓館不是什麼新開張的，是家老店。按當時的裝修標準來説應該還是可以的，衹是現在設備有些老化了，以這個價格來説比附近的幾家性價比要高，而且還有電梯，可能是山區停車場地都比較小，相比周邊其他幾家要好很多。衞生還算乾淨，環境不錯，周邊買東西方便，服務態度很好，推薦。
