the quality in was not quality, they didn’t clean the beds. we got to our room, and there was hair in the bed, brown spots, and white stains on the comforter. we asked the person who checked us in if we could get refunded and we’d go somewhere better, and he told us it was against policy, even though we checked in not even 10 min prior.

Surly not the most upgraded place but very nice staff. They had Tesla charger and the location was great. Would stay here again.

One of the cleanest rooms I’ve been in. Property is older with normal wear, rooms are updated. House keeping was very kind.

Hotel website shows a very good hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc) included but got a bagged breakfast that was so bad it went right into the garbage. Certainly don’t go there for the breakfast. Website is very misleading.
Also, inexperienced staff at front desk could not handle a very simple billing request.

Hair dryer broken, shower curtain moldy, all base boards were water damaged and not repaired/painted, TV problem (had to get new batteries for remote), ice in the parking spots. Not a good experience. Would not recommend your Inn

The staff was so friendly and the property was clean! I had a super late check-in getting there at 12:30AM, even that late in the night they were very kind asking about how my drive was. I stayed here overnight to go to Sunrise Ski Park the next morning and it was in a great location. We were close to all different kinds of stores and restaurants. From this Quality Inn it was about a 45 minute drive to the Ski Resort. If I come back to visit Pinetop I will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. This is the fourth hotel i have stayed at in the area and it was the best so far.

It was awful. Rooms were dirty. The bedding was dirty we had to purchase own bedding and towels for bad.
We had no blow drier and when called down for one they stated they didn’t have one and would not get us one.
Also floor was cut and tile was sharp and dangerous.

In the online pictures that advertise the amenities of the hotel it shows an eating area for breakfast - which also shows a complete hot breakfast buffet - waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. There was no such area and all we were offered was a grab bag with a breakfast burrito, muffin, and granola bar, and a juice.
Definitely NOT what shows in their ad online!!
