La stanza è grande, molto comoda e pulita.Anche se la colazione è semplice, è la colazione occidentale, molto soddisfatta.Il quartiere è buono, ci sono diversi ristoranti a distanza, tra cui un buffet asiatico, il tipo è molto ricco. Ho soggiornato al Holiday Inn Express a Golf-to-Bay a Clearwater per due notti per sfuggire all'uragano Ian. La stanza era pulita e confortevole e era grande avere un colazione calda gratuita ogni mattina. Il lobby ha un sacco di sedi confortevole e una grande TV. L'hotel è in una zona di non evacuazione e mi sentivo completamente al sicuro e non ho sentito veramente la pioggia e il vento.

I’m going to start saying that this family vacation was sweet and sour.
After looking around and have my concerns because some of the reviews I decided to stay here anyways.
I’m going to start with the positive things.
Breakfast- pretty nice, there was a variety eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereal, bread, etc. Ms Penny at the breakfast station was nice and polite.
The room that was assigned was clean, the bed was comfy.
*now let’s go with the next…
1. We arrived around 6pm, I proceeded to check in the lady at the front desk agent I’m not going to say her name but stars with Y (very unprofessional) told me that I was checked in. I was (what?) no I’m sorry but we just arrived, she was yes you are, I was no, then she mentioned another person name with my last name and said are you sure you are not _ _ and I was so now I don’t know my name :/ I was no ma’am that’s not my name. So the other person showed at the lobby because they assigned the wrong room… that means they assigned somebody else to my room without check and compare the name on the id and the credit card :| si the hotel manager came and reassigned another room for me and for the other lady, at this point the front desk lady said but there is no more housekeeping personnel and I was OMG, so after we finally got our room (finally), Sunday afternoon I told my husband we are having a good time with the kids let me see if I can extend one more day, so we can do something else with them, I proceeded to the FD and talked to the gentleman (Don’t remember his name) he said well to extend a night is 149, I said ok let me talk to my husband I’ll be back, when I went back who was there again Ms Y, so I said Hi I want to see if I can extend one more night and she was well is 159 and I was OMG here we go again. I was Ms Y! I came here a moment ago and he told me another price and she was no, he was incorrect, I was online is 136 and you are telling me that is 159. You know never mind. At this point I was so upset that I call Guest relations and explain everything from the beginning, they call the hotel and the lady told the Guest Relations agent that non of that happened and I was like whattttt, so now she was calling me liar ???
To put the cherry on top when we were ready to checkout and put our luggage in the car, we noticed that someone hit our car in the parking lot ( I thank God that wasn’t that bad) at this point I was so frustrated!!! We asked the Front desk and guess what?!?! There was no cameras in that side of the building! Yes, no cameras in a side where there a door with no lock and anyone can enter to the premises and have access to the rooms.
I worked with hotel industry for more than 15 years and this was a terrible service and experience !

LLA CasselsAbbiamo goduto tutto di questo hotel storico: la stanza, il lobby pieno di arte e i riferimenti al suo passato facile da parlare, il pastore, il bar, il confortevole, coperto di fronte, la piscina e le fontane, Il cibo e le bevande servivano la piscina, il personale amichevole e gli ospiti amichevole che abbiamo incontrato. Inoltre, l'olandese è perfettamente situato a St. Pete, che si trova nel centro storico della città vicino al quartier generale della mia azienda e vicino a grandi destinazioni come il Museo Salvador Dali, la galleria di vetro Chihuly e il centro d'arte Morean. Amo le città storiche e gli hotel boutique come i Hollander. Le camere degli hotel storici sono spesso più piccole di quelle degli hotel in catena, ma sono più che compensate con le loro personalità uniche e le loro atmosfere intime, che mi lasciano con vivaci ricordi dei miei soggiorni in questi dolci alloggi e nelle città che hanno Chiamate a casa.

UUtente ospiteIl Fairfield Inn si trova a pochi passi dal cuore di Clearwater, Florida. È a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, così come il principale-*****. A mio parere, è in una posizione perfetta, poco a poco a poco sulla spiaggia - e è un po' più tranquillo di altri luoghi vicini. L'hotel è più recente e dispone di diverse strutture, tra cui una piscina all'aperto riscaldata, una sala fitness, un colazione complimentare e una navetta da golf per le vicinanze. La nostra camera e bagno erano spaziosi e puliti. Il colazione aveva molte opzioni e una varietà di selezioni ogni giorno. Il mio unico desiderio è che ci fosse stato un tubo caldo o una sauna all'aperto. E molte lamentele è il parcheggio obbligatorio valet. Quando in vacanza, preferisco avere un accesso rapido e facile al mio veicolo piuttosto che aspettare e dover fare un consiglio ogni volta che parto o ritorno, oltre a pagare la tassa di parcheggio giornaliera.

UUtente ospiteGrande soggiorno, anche meglio di quanto si potesse aspettare! Abbiamo controllato qui dopo un crociera incubo e siamo venuti a vedere il gioco di baseball atl vs. tpa. La posizione era perfetta per il gioco e l'hotel superava tutte le aspettative. Emily era sorprendente e ci lasciava uscire presto e ci chiamò persino direttamente per farci sapere che la stanza era pronta per entrare presto, proprio come abbiamo chiesto! Non potevamo chiedere una migliore esperienza per tutto a causa di lei. Le camere erano estremamente pulite - anche con piatti di lavanderia! I letti erano molto confortevoli, le foglie si sentivano grandi e pulite. Il bagno era immagazzinato e grande! Un accento era un trucco nel doccia che ci permetteva di immagazzinare i nostri oggetti su di esso, che non accade mai in un hotel (le cose finiranno sempre per essere posizionate sul pavimento perché ci è solitamente un piccolo angolo). Abbiamo quattro adulti nelle stanze e non si è mai sentito affollato una volta! L'internet era facile da accedere e molto veloce, gli ascensori si sentivano al sicuro e erano puliti, la sala e lobby erano anche molto spaziosi. Non posso dire abbastanza buone cose su questo hotel come membro di Marriott Gold Elite. Sarebbe assolutamente rimasto qui (spero che Emily sia ancora al check-in!).

GGregory SomozaMio marito e io abbiamo prenotato una vacanza a Bilmar in isola del tesoro e ci piaceva! Heather e Viola al divano erano un piacere! Heather andò sopra e oltre per rendere la nostra permanenza memorabile e piacevole. La camera era molto pulita e il letto era molto comodo. Tutto era a piedi dall'hotel, la spiaggia e la piscina erano sorprendenti.
Mike e Louis, i barista di Sloppy Joe’s e Waves erano fantastici. Da personale al resort e alla posizione tutto era meraviglioso e non possiamo aspettare di tornare!
E non perderete i più belli dei sole che vedrete!

EEmilyWhile researching hotels, I visited this property a month before my arrival to make sure the accommodation would work for my purposes. At that time, I was shown a specific layout for the 1 bedroom queen beds configuration. The front desk attendant specified the description of the room that I should book when I made the reservation.
I made the reservation based on their information and the room I was shown.
A month later when I check in, I am given a room half the size of the one I was shown. I tell the front desk that it was not what I was told and I am unhappy with the room and I need the bigger room. The gas let me and told me that they had already given me the biggest room they had. I'm not kidding when it was literally half the size of the one I previewed.
I walked the front desk attendance to the door of the room I was shown and was assured that those rooms are the same size and they couldn't be shown to me at that time because they were occupied.
I had to cancel most of the event I had planned due to lack of space and lost revenue I would have earned giving a workshop to paying pupils.
Complete bait and switch. Avoid this property.

UUtente ospiteStayed at this Courtyard for a quick weekend trip to St. Pete. The hotel is a historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although it was an older building the hotel seems to have been recently updated. The rooms were a little on the small side for a Courtyard, but very nice. The location is close to the downtown and Pier area. 15 to 20 min drive to the beach depending on the beach. Very centrally located. My only issue was the amount to park ($37 a night).The valet staff was nice and professional.

UUtente ospiteEro li per Gasperilla ”2023” Dopo aver controllato, volevo mettere la fattura su un'altra carta di credito che mi permetterebbe di ottenere punti e premi, ma la direzione ha detto che non era consentito perché avevo prenotato booking.com Non ho mai avuto questo problema con altri hotel . Ho chiesto una stanza specifica e l'edificio era stato coperto per la riparazione. Quando entravo nella stanza c'erano 6 grandi spider neri che si occupavano di, ma poi ho trovato anche alcuni nella stanza. Il colazione è una battuta! Caffè e piccola debbie, nessun frutto, nessun cremare reale, eccetto in una canna. Nessun latte, nessun uova, niente cereali, niente, eccetto caffè. Il letto sembrava ok, eccetto che cade dalle 2x4 railing sotto di esso. Port USB su lampada ha bisogno di fissare. Il freddo era grande e freddo.La custode della casa ”Lashun” si è allontanata dalla sua strada e si è ritirata per farmi un bagno di gomma per il tubo, mentre quasi mi sono scivolato e sono caduto nel tubo.Il tubo era estremamente slipperoso.Tornero'in tutto dopo le riparazioni e vedro' se sono riusciti a riparare. sono meglio, incontrano persone carine e parlanti. Grande atmosfera e centralmente situato per il prezzo. Tornerà!
