Hotel in zona Gateway Baptist Church, Pinellas County

Grande soggiorno, anche meglio di quanto si potesse aspettare! Abbiamo controllato qui dopo un crociera incubo e siamo venuti a vedere il gioco di baseball atl vs. tpa. La posizione era perfetta per il gioco e l'hotel superava tutte le aspettative. Emily era sorprendente e ci lasciava uscire presto e ci chiamò persino direttamente per farci sapere che la stanza era pronta per entrare presto, proprio come abbiamo chiesto! Non potevamo chiedere una migliore esperienza per tutto a causa di lei. Le camere erano estremamente pulite - anche con piatti di lavanderia! I letti erano molto confortevoli, le foglie si sentivano grandi e pulite. Il bagno era immagazzinato e grande! Un accento era un trucco nel doccia che ci permetteva di immagazzinare i nostri oggetti su di esso, che non accade mai in un hotel (le cose finiranno sempre per essere posizionate sul pavimento perché ci è solitamente un piccolo angolo). Abbiamo quattro adulti nelle stanze e non si è mai sentito affollato una volta! L'internet era facile da accedere e molto veloce, gli ascensori si sentivano al sicuro e erano puliti, la sala e lobby erano anche molto spaziosi. Non posso dire abbastanza buone cose su questo hotel come membro di Marriott Gold Elite. Sarebbe assolutamente rimasto qui (spero che Emily sia ancora al check-in!).

L'esperienza è stata fenomenale ed è stata molto organizzata rispetto a molte altre strutture che io e la mia famiglia abbiamo visitato. Il servizio era di prima classe e sono orgoglioso di aver visitato questa posizione del Marriott e ci tornerò nel prossimo futuro perché il personale ha mostrato il miglior servizio da una delle mie precedenti visite all'hotel. Le regole CDC sono state stabilite e applicate. Un dipendente del Bistro del Marriott Madeira Beach Florida ha soddisfatto e superato le mie aspettative. Il suo nome era Kelly. Per favore, cerca di darle una ricompensa per il suo lavoro. Fa del suo meglio per garantire continuamente la felicità e la soddisfazione degli ospiti.

Ho soggiornato al Holiday Inn Express a Golf-to-Bay a Clearwater per due notti per sfuggire all'uragano Ian. La stanza era pulita e confortevole e era grande avere un colazione calda gratuita ogni mattina. Il lobby ha un sacco di sedi confortevole e una grande TV. L'hotel è in una zona di non evacuazione e mi sentivo completamente al sicuro e non ho sentito veramente la pioggia e il vento.

I’m going to start saying that this family vacation was sweet and sour. After looking around and have my concerns because some of the reviews I decided to stay here anyways. I’m going to start with the positive things. Breakfast- pretty nice, there was a variety eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereal, bread, etc. Ms Penny at the breakfast station was nice and polite. The room that was assigned was clean, the bed was comfy. *now let’s go with the next… 1. We arrived around 6pm, I proceeded to check in the lady at the front desk agent I’m not going to say her name but stars with Y (very unprofessional) told me that I was checked in. I was (what?) no I’m sorry but we just arrived, she was yes you are, I was no, then she mentioned another person name with my last name and said are you sure you are not _ _ and I was so now I don’t know my name :/ I was no ma’am that’s not my name. So the other person showed at the lobby because they assigned the wrong room… that means they assigned somebody else to my room without check and compare the name on the id and the credit card :| si the hotel manager came and reassigned another room for me and for the other lady, at this point the front desk lady said but there is no more housekeeping personnel and I was OMG, so after we finally got our room (finally), Sunday afternoon I told my husband we are having a good time with the kids let me see if I can extend one more day, so we can do something else with them, I proceeded to the FD and talked to the gentleman (Don’t remember his name) he said well to extend a night is 149, I said ok let me talk to my husband I’ll be back, when I went back who was there again Ms Y, so I said Hi I want to see if I can extend one more night and she was well is 159 and I was OMG here we go again. I was Ms Y! I came here a moment ago and he told me another price and she was no, he was incorrect, I was online is 136 and you are telling me that is 159. You know never mind. At this point I was so upset that I call Guest relations and explain everything from the beginning, they call the hotel and the lady told the Guest Relations agent that non of that happened and I was like whattttt, so now she was calling me liar ??? To put the cherry on top when we were ready to checkout and put our luggage in the car, we noticed that someone hit our car in the parking lot ( I thank God that wasn’t that bad) at this point I was so frustrated!!! We asked the Front desk and guess what?!?! There was no cameras in that side of the building! Yes, no cameras in a side where there a door with no lock and anyone can enter to the premises and have access to the rooms. I worked with hotel industry for more than 15 years and this was a terrible service and experience ! Picture of the good and no so good!

La stanza è grande, molto comoda e pulita.Anche se la colazione è semplice, è la colazione occidentale, molto soddisfatta.Il quartiere è buono, ci sono diversi ristoranti a distanza, tra cui un buffet asiatico, il tipo è molto ricco. Viviamo tre giorni e abbiamo mangiato tre giorni di buffet.Il servizio dell'hotel è buono, la reception è molto entusiasta.

L'hotel è a più di dieci minuti di distanza dalla spiaggia di Tampa, non molto lontano.La signorina della ricetta è molto entusiasta e la stanza è molto grande. Anche se sembra un po'di tempo decorato, è molto pulito.Ci sono fornitori di frigo, frigo, lavastoviglie, ecc., è molto conveniente se necessario. L'hotel offre anche un parcheggio gratuito, che è ancora più economico.
