Hotel in zona Alligator Lake Boat Ramp, Pinellas County

La stanza è grande, molto comoda e pulita.Anche se la colazione è semplice, è la colazione occidentale, molto soddisfatta.Il quartiere è buono, ci sono diversi ristoranti a distanza, tra cui un buffet asiatico, il tipo è molto ricco. Viviamo tre giorni e abbiamo mangiato tre giorni di buffet.Il servizio dell'hotel è buono, la reception è molto entusiasta.

Andò a Daytona Beach per visitare un parente, ma l’acqua era molto alta e brutta, a causa della tempesta offshore. Così, quando me ne andai, andai dall’altra parte dello stato. Utilizzando varie applicazioni ho scelto il Holiday Inn Express Clearwater/US 19N per il mio soggiorno di notte. L'avrei visto molte volte prima, quando ho visitato la spiaggia. Posizione- Questo è all'intersezione dell'autostrada 60 e US 19N, proprio attraverso la baia da Tampa. L'aeroporto di Tampa è a soli 13 minuti dalla strada principale. La distanza dal Clearwater Beach Pier 60 è a soli 10-12 minuti in traffico leggero. L'hotel offre un caldo colazione gratuito al mattino. Ci sono altri ristoranti nella zona come Perkins, Hooters, Culvers, Village Inn, e altro ancora. Parcheggio - Non è davvero grande. Ci sono solo pochi posti a disposizione quando sono arrivato a mezzanotte. La maggior parte degli spazi erano dietro l’edificio, troppo lontano dall’ingresso per essere visibile; così ho sgridato in un punto stretto sul lato dell’edificio; la stanza che ho trovato era enorme con il letto in una sezione, e gli altri mobili in un’altra. Era pulita. Tuttavia, ho notato con esso e alcuni altri siti HIE, che si potevano certamente utilizzare un aggiornamento. Il letto era più che sufficiente e non ho avuto problemi a dormire. Il tasso era molto ragionevole, appena oltre $100+ e mi sentivo di avere il valore del mio denaro. La cosa principale che direi è che è tempo di rinnovare le stanze, ma, invece, hanno servito la fine, è assolutamente un posto grande per rimanere, così che si possa arrivare sulla spiaggia prima che arrivassero le persone.

Older Fairfield. Clean. Well maintained & updated by replacing tub with walk-in shower. Nice staff. Little fridge was worn and mat under it was tattered & torn which was a minor concern, but indicative of aging. Overall OK , but starting to feel tired and furniture aging. Slightly better but typical breakfast with hot & cold foods. Tasty quiche, sausage & Canadian bacon.

I’m going to start saying that this family vacation was sweet and sour. After looking around and have my concerns because some of the reviews I decided to stay here anyways. I’m going to start with the positive things. Breakfast- pretty nice, there was a variety eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereal, bread, etc. Ms Penny at the breakfast station was nice and polite. The room that was assigned was clean, the bed was comfy. *now let’s go with the next… 1. We arrived around 6pm, I proceeded to check in the lady at the front desk agent I’m not going to say her name but stars with Y (very unprofessional) told me that I was checked in. I was (what?) no I’m sorry but we just arrived, she was yes you are, I was no, then she mentioned another person name with my last name and said are you sure you are not _ _ and I was so now I don’t know my name :/ I was no ma’am that’s not my name. So the other person showed at the lobby because they assigned the wrong room… that means they assigned somebody else to my room without check and compare the name on the id and the credit card :| si the hotel manager came and reassigned another room for me and for the other lady, at this point the front desk lady said but there is no more housekeeping personnel and I was OMG, so after we finally got our room (finally), Sunday afternoon I told my husband we are having a good time with the kids let me see if I can extend one more day, so we can do something else with them, I proceeded to the FD and talked to the gentleman (Don’t remember his name) he said well to extend a night is 149, I said ok let me talk to my husband I’ll be back, when I went back who was there again Ms Y, so I said Hi I want to see if I can extend one more night and she was well is 159 and I was OMG here we go again. I was Ms Y! I came here a moment ago and he told me another price and she was no, he was incorrect, I was online is 136 and you are telling me that is 159. You know never mind. At this point I was so upset that I call Guest relations and explain everything from the beginning, they call the hotel and the lady told the Guest Relations agent that non of that happened and I was like whattttt, so now she was calling me liar ??? To put the cherry on top when we were ready to checkout and put our luggage in the car, we noticed that someone hit our car in the parking lot ( I thank God that wasn’t that bad) at this point I was so frustrated!!! We asked the Front desk and guess what?!?! There was no cameras in that side of the building! Yes, no cameras in a side where there a door with no lock and anyone can enter to the premises and have access to the rooms. I worked with hotel industry for more than 15 years and this was a terrible service and experience ! Picture of the good and no so good!

There’s a surprise waiting for you, if you are a Frank Lloyd Wright fan. This is an impeccable example of space use in the original structure. You walk through the concourse surrounding a pool, very old Florida, then there is an internal structure, like a grotto with picnic tables, then, wait for it, open vista beautiful view. Perfect example of compression and expansion with a huge reveal. Any one who doesn’t appreciate that view, I can’t imagine. Not only that, but when we checked in we booked last minute so our room wasn’t ready, ok, we sat in the bench in front of the hotel for a while, went back in to reception, still not ready, I said we have no where to go so I guess we will be in the parking lot, then we were offered to wait by the pool. At some point the manager showed up and you could just tell this chick was a hard worker, she cared and was very competent. I felt a sisterhood of woman boss in charge moment. She needs a raise. So the property is made of two structures, we stayed across the beeping walkway street in the tall building. When I say beeping, you push a button and traffic stops. Anyway, Place was huge. Clean. The bed was comfy. The kitchen was stellar! I made spaghetti one night we stayed in.so if you have a family and are looking to save money be eating in, the kitchen is well, well equipped. I begrudgingly write this review because the secret will get out, but heck they deserve it. I will be staying again.

If I could give this place a 100/5 I would. The service was exceptional, everyone was extremely friendly, rooms were clean, and the amenities from The Hollander that you can use were a huge bonus. I was originally set to check-in Monday (7/15) and check-out Friday (7/26). With the IT outages on Friday, my flight was pushed to Sunday morning and I was able to stay a few extra nights. Here are a few of the things that stand out to me: 1. The first evening there I got in a little after 7pm, when their free wine social (that takes place from 5-7 every day) was done. As I came in with all my bags, the employee who greeted me, Larissa, told me I just missed it (without me even prompting) but she had some still out! With all of my bags in tow, I now entered my room holding a glass of pinot grigio which was an awesome way to start my stay! 2. One of the employees (I can't remember his name but he was working the morning of 7/17) explained to me how they feed the squirrels and cats when I asked why I was getting screamed at by a squirrel while I read a book. I learned they put peanuts out for the squirrels to eat and have a little picnic bench/tree rig set up for them on the other side of the building. 3. They serve free coffee until 10 am and I had run out of my cup. I asked if there was anymore when another employee, Brian, came onto the patio. He said I just missed it and I told him ”no worries!,” I'd go to The Hollander (where they serve Kahwa Coffee and pastries) to get some. But then he went inside and came back with a voucher for free coffee and told me to take it there and say Brian sent me. When I got there I was asked if I wanted a small or a large. I didn't even think I'd have a choice?! 3. After I came back with my free coffee, as I was sitting on the patio I was getting bit up by bugs like crazy. Of all the things I packed I forgot bug spray. I went inside and asked Brian where the closest place to buy bug spray was, and he said he thought he still had some left and gave me his bottle from behind the counter. 4. I checked out Friday (their check-out is at noon which is awesome) since I planned to be at the airport that afternoon. With the IT outages that affected the airlines and banks, I wasn't sure what was happening with my flight. I had been eating at the (amazing) hotel bar/restaurant at The Hollander next door and decided to ask Brian if they had any rooms for that night just in case I needed to stay while I waited to find out what was going on. They said they had one left (coincidentally the room I just left) and would hold it for me for a few minutes. I ended up needing the room and they booked me again with no issues. A little later I found out the next flight I could get on was early Sunday morning, so they were able too book me again Saturday night. Usually it's more on weekends, but because I had been staying there all week and due to the unprecedented situation, they gave me the discounted rate for both nights. 5. Sin

This is not our first time staying at the beach house suites but it has been by far our best experience! The rooms are spacious, clean, and the hotel has every amenity that you would need. Our trip was especially highlighted by the quality of the beach side service. Fabian was outstanding and was so attentive during our time spent at the beach. He went above and beyond in making our family as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back!
