Hotel a 3 stelle a Pineda De Mar

On arrival, we were dropped off by our clueless tui rep, who was more interested in speaking on her mobile phone than helping others! Waited 30mins for room, when receiving our key they was an argument going on with a previous guest, if I'm honest this could of been sorted quicker then it was as they was children present including my own! Our room was basic, with no balcony, bath, or even a fridge, we were told a fridge is extra & if I'm honest, we didn't have a balcony, so a fridge would of been perfect as we didnt have this! Tv had no English channels apart from disney. Rooms were cleaned well, but most of the time, I did it myself as I have a little OCD when it comes to cleaning, I came to this hotel with my 7 year old son, who has an allergy to fish! This was explained to the staff as well as kitchen staff as I used my phone to google translate, I wouldn't of minded eating there if food wasn't cooked together, fish & meat was both cooked on the same grill as well as been placed on the same tray! This happened a few times so my son couldn't eat there at all, we had to pay extra & eat out as even though I mentioned this to staff nothing was done! On the last day, I spoke to the manager and told them about my sons fish allergy as I was told staff were going to pass the message on which was never done! The manager apologised & told me I would be given a refund through Tui & he would help all he could! Which was lies as Tui refused to give me a refund & said the manager should have given me this when we left! (The manager wasn't going to give me a refund it was lies) I spent an extra £250 eating out every night when this hotel could have sorted my sons dietary needs as most places do theses days! We had 2 days of rain and to be honest they was no entertainment or even music playing in the bar which made our holiday glumy, we were offered a few board games, the entertainment at night time was mainly for adults, I wouldn't recommend taking your children here as it's more of an adult environment! The hotel is basic, no fridge unless you pay extra, the hotel was clean, some staff go above & beyond for people, they was a young lad with glass and a lady called Sally I think who where absolutely amazing, they knew about my sons allergies & apologised, I do wish more help was given though like a refund the manager promised me! The pool area is small, we never went in to the pool as the beach was more fun, the hotel is very basic and I would recommend going somewhere different as the money we paid for this hotel wasn't worth it, some of the guests are so rude, pushing in, mucky looks & completely blanking people, I felt uncomfortable in this hotel as people seemed to judge me due to having tattooes, (my body, my rules) I wouldn't go here again as it was boring, and nothing much for children, we did meet a few couples who were lovely & even they told me they would never go again as it's changed, it felt like management just wanted my money & didn'

L'appartamento è ampio con una buona terrazza,il grande problema è ke da direttamente alla zona cucina dell'hotel splash e di mattina iniziano già i camion a scaricare il cibo, e di notte lo stesso con la spazzatura ecc che trascinano le gabbie i lavoratori,con grida,gocce ecc oltre alle luci aperte tutta la notte illuminando tutto l'appartamento così il riposo è nulla in ricevimento quasi mai c'è nessuno e quando questa è una ragazza e all'hotel c'è sempre un collo Prezzo molto costoso ogni giorno per portare un cane,il più costoso che ho mai pagato... abbiamo avuto 6 notti e ho dovuto pagare un extra per cambiarmi le tovaglie a metà della Stanza Potrebbe essere stato un soggiorno migliore

Cosy, comfortable apartment block. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 160 m, bar, café 110 m, railway station "Pineda de Mar" 400 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 57 km, Blanes 12 km, Mataro 26 km, Sant Pol 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. "Zodiak", 4-room apartment 62 m2. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and digital TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. La casa è in un tranquillo alloggio, con le biciclette sulla strada alla spiaggia è stato solo il migliore! Una casa molto ben mantenuta e molto pulita con un grande giardino, consigliere una piccola barbecue se vuoi barbecue lì!! Purtroppo, non ho incontrato Miguel

Il letto è molto duro e il letto da divano non è adatto per l'obiettivo, fa così tanto rumore ogni volta che lo sposta, sveglia tutti nella stanza. La stanza era annunciata come vista sul mare, ma eravamo al retro dell'hotel, ho mandato un'e-mail all'hotel prima della vacanza per confermare e non hanno mai risposto. Positivi - bellissimo personale del bar, oltre ad un uomo molto grumi con occhiali. Il cibo era bellissimo e molta scelta. Posizione brillante per la spiaggia. Hotel è più per coppie o famiglie con bambini adolescenti.

So we are here now as I am writing this, we came for 2 weeks all inclusive 2 adults 1 child aged 4. From 29th September until 13th October. My mum and 2 sisters 11+16 also joined but were in different rooms.. This is our experience.. Day time”” The day time is lovely and relaxing and fun for kids and adults *if you want to get involved*. They do different activities everyday and have a kids club which is fab! (We haven’t used it for our personal preference but the reps are absolutely fantastic with the kids, the bar is nice with plenty of drinks choice including milkshakes, slushies, beer (san Miguel), sangria, whiskey and so on. Not forgetting the cocktails! 🍸. Also there is a park for little ones arcades and pool inside as well as a teen room which we obviously haven’t used. Food”” The food is okay. There is plenty of choice but we’re ready for some food from home! They have different stuff every single night and I particularly really enjoyed the soups they were actually amazing!! They do have a snack time but that’s basically what was left over from lunch time. We’ve had kebab night, Hawaiian night, they have chicken nuggets, pizza, pasta and sauces chips, lots of fruit and salad etc “Night time Night time, go for dinner come out and there’s an outdoor seating area near the bar where the park also is for kids, we normally sit out there with a couple of drinks watching the little one, whilst he plays on the park and in the arcade area, there is a change dispenser there which is really handy. (Also there is a fag machine for adults if you need a smoke guys!) We then find seats which is pretty easy in the entertainment area, they do face painting free for the kids with a tip jar if you want to tip, then they do kids karaoke followed by the mini disco then the nights entertainment and adult karaoke, it is fun. The reps do a lot of the entertainment which is amazing as they really all get involved James and David are our favourites! The only thing I would say is I wish the mini disco was on for longer with more songs! The rooms are cleaned daily unless not wanting them to, The cleaners staff and reps are very friendly and pleasant, the floors I was concerned with when reading the reviews but we were on floor 1 and it wasn’t that bad, yes there are screws in the floor but unless you walk around bare foot this shouldn’t bother you and minor, Thenpools are cold I found the little pool near the park the best to start in lol but there are showers if that helps anyone to get in first, I’m not gonna lie they are cold which should be expected outside, but in saying that once your in it’s lovely you just have to get past that initial first touch lol, The sunbeds are pretty easy to get at this time of year, you have to pay £25 euros for the safe in your room but if you have locks on your suitcases you can save some money there, you have to pay tourist tax when you get to the hotel but it’s not much, ours was £17 euros for the 2 weeks, you can ask fo

Great hotel in all respects. Rooms are spacious and comfy, pools (4) have plenty of sunbeds available, food is excellent both in terms of quality and choice, staff are very pleasant and helpful, there is a choice between paying for parking on site at 10 euros per day or at a free site just up the road. On this trip I learned 2 things about certain groups of hotel customers. #1 - it seems that the majority of English parents with children aged say 3-8 years old haven't taught their offspring that at a help -yourself buffet you don't have to stop them piling their plates sky high and then leaving 90% of the food uneaten; that it is improper to mess with the food in the serving dishes; and that it is not ok to charge around the dining room during mealtimes! And there were far too many British children of school age there! #2 - it appears that the ability and need to use the tongs provided when selecting bread/rolls is never taught to French people! Whenever I was at the bread stations the vast majority of the French (noticeable by their propensity to gather and talk loudly in groups) were just diving in and using their bare hands to get bread - disgusting! However overall we had a great week at a very reasonable price.
