House Rules:If you do decide to stay at our lovely home, we do charge the following fees separately after you book:1) Refundable Security Deposit - $500. We recommend paying this with a credit card since it will only be a hold placed on your card during your reservation. If you pay with a debit card or direct ACH transfer, the money will be withdrawn from your account 3 days before check-in and refunded 3 days afterwards upon successful inspection of the premises. 2) Dogs - $100/dog per reservation. We allow up to three dogs per reservation to be paid after booking. Please note this is NOT reflected in your reservation price and is an additional charge. 3) We also require all of our guests to upload a photo ID to their precheck-in portal to confirm their identity before we will give access to the property.If you are bringing any dogs, they must be listed on your booking and you are responsible for any dropping left in the yard. We do allow small events such as weddings, baby showers, and other gatherings on the property. However, we typically charge an additional fee to do so and require all guests gain written permission before hosting any such event on the premises. Unless expressly granted in writing, absolutely NO unauthorized parties or events, gatherings, functions of any kind, loud music, excessive noise, offensive behavior, illegal firearms or weapons, illegal substances including narcotics, drug paraphernalia, fireworks, sparklers, or incendiary devices, and illegal activities. Being this beach property is considered residential, it’s less crowed on the beaches allowing families to comfortably space out. So, run away and come relax on the beach! The second bedroom offers a twin over full bunkbed that can sleep up to 3 children conformably. Downstairs you will find a specious living room where everyone can enjoy games or even relax with a movie night. For easy access, the television is preset to offer free access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO MAX and basic cable for additional enjoyment. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa for extra space. A maximum of 6 guest is recommended. This unit also does not allow pets. There is no smoking allowed inside the townhouse.  Linens and towels will be provided for your convenience but you will have to provide your own beach towels. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit.  There are two parking spaces available, located directly in front of the unit.
