Beautiful, comfortable house "Cros de Gourdin". 4.5 km from the centre of Pignans, 3.4 km from the centre of Gonfaron, 41 km from the centre of Toulon, 40 km from the sea, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, swimming pool fenced (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, boules, pergola (10 m2), terrace, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, railway station "Pignans" 4 km, sandy beach "L'Argentière" 35 km, bathing lake "Lac de Carcès" 27 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. "Cros de Gourdin", 7-room house 220 m2 on 3 levels. Object suitable for 10 adults + 1 child. Comfortable and stylish furnishings: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). The house is beautiful, very well equipped and maintained. The pool is fabulous and has a salt filtration system which is very nice. We hope to be able to enjoy this property again next year.

Very well equipped house. The kitchen offers everything you need in everyday life. The living area and bedrooms are very comfortable. The pool and the entire outdoor area invite you to linger. Very friendly and pleasant landlord.
