May 2025 The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, the bed was just ok comfortable wise. We had a great view. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, nothing great. The hotel was very clean inside and out. We were at the pool every day. On the day before we left, I was injured while at the pool. A wind gust caught the umbrella and it came out of the table and turned sideways and luckily it was stopped by the light pole. It did hit my hand but certainly could’ve been worse. I have yet to hear from management about the incident. I would love to book another stay here. There was another thing that was a concern. They only have 4 luggage carts for the entire hotel. Myself and 3 others waited in the lobby for one of the carts to return, we all left without one. Please get more luggage carts!!!

The facility is new and clean. The breakfast was good and varied each day while we were there. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. A major complaint we have with the hotel is there is no covered area to unload your luggage when arriving at or departing from the hotel. When we arrived it was pouring rain and everything we had with us got soaked. A very poor design for a hotel in our opinion. For this reason alone, I would probably pick another property in the future. For a new hotel, there were some finishing touches to construction that were not complete. For example, there were obvious gaps between our sink and the wall. I'm assuming they will not be finished, but cannot comment as to whether or not that is the case. A final complaint is the safety latch on our door would not work. It was as if it was welded shut. No, we do not depend on it entirely for safety, but others may. We notified hotel staff upon our departure. If you are looking for a basic, clean place to stay, We would recommend.
