Self parking was a rip off. They are now charging $10.00 a day to park your vehicle which is a good ways from the hotel. One day we got no housekeeping. Guess they skipped over us.

Was an amazing stay the only issue I had was what the people washed all the sheets in I wish it wasn’t bleach or anything other then that the stay was great very beautiful place lots to do people are honestly so sweet

Cldnt have asked for any better. Excellent service, friendliest staff and cleanest hotel I have seen. Wish we cld have stayed longer. Yes it is somewhat higher than the other surrounding hotels but so worth it. Can't wait to go back to the island Margaritaville again.

Loved everything about this hotel. Only thing, we booked a 2 queen room and got 2 fulls. It was a big snug but we made it work

Great location- right inside “the Island” which has shopping, attractions, rides, restaurants, etc. nice size rooms and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at the Margaritaville hotel at the island in pigeon forge. The hotel was very clean & the room was top notch. The fireplace and walking shower was two of our favorite things about the room. The location is in the spot. There is a lot of shopping, food & drinks, and many other things to do within walking distance of the hotel. Highly recommend and we look forward to booking with Margaritaville at this location again in the future.

If you’re visiting Pigeon Forge, this is absolutely the best place to stay. You don’t have to leave because you are surrounded by shops, restaurants and entertainment. The rooms are large and very nice. The staff was great. The fountains out front are beautiful. It was fantastic!
