Vista Suites Pigeon Forge, SureStay Collection by BW

Location was great next to local attractions walking distance from distillery and food. Wifi is terrible. Wifi does not reach inside the hotel room. Breakfast is not the greatest. Regular powder eggs with soggy biscuits but fresh ready to make waffles.

When i did my reservation with Booking the deal was to pay at the Check-In and theres not any charge before. The Hotel tries to charge my card the reservation amount at 2.15pm when Check-In is at 4.00pm. The worst thing was when we arrived at the hotel at 6.30pm to check in, it turned out that according to the receptionist she had no information about our reservations. Even when I showed her my confirmations and messages from the hotel confirming the reservations, she insisted that there were no reservations in my name. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that he was not at the hotel. I asked for someone's attention because it was unacceptable that apart from the fact that they tried to charge my card 2 hours before, I would not have my reservations. According to her, she called the manager and he told her that due to hotel policy I could charge in advance and when I couldn't charge they canceled my reservation at the hotel. They never contacted me, they didn't send any message either. After waiting for an hour for the supposed manager to arrive, a supposed receptionist who insulted us and rudely tried to remove us from the hotel in a humiliating manner did not answer because he did not like me complaining that his behavior was outrageous. They told me to complain to Booking. They allege that their website informs that although the reservation must be paid at the hotel, they can charge in advance. That we were homeless people who did not serve the homeless. I demand that Booking give me a response for such a horrible experience and humiliation because it is unacceptable that customers are mistreated, the mediocre attitude of a hotel is outrageous. Is this the treatment that clients receive at Booking? Or BW Resorts?

Indoor pool was not heated and hot tub jets didn’t work. Breakfast was only waffles, and some bagels. The music in the lobby was also ridiculously loud all weekend. Room was not anywhere worth the price. I think we paid average $200/night for the 3 nights we were there, it was more of a $89/night place.

There was stains on our bed sheets, staff wasn’t very friendly. Overall the place felt really sketchy

This hotel was the worst hotel in regards to cleanliness that I have ever stayed in; and between work and leisure, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. There was dirty underwear under the sink, boogers on the wall, blood on the telephone which was not even hooked up to the wall, stains on the couch, hair under the blankets on the beds, and stains all over the walls.

There are false advertisement of this property.The Suite suppose to come with sofabed it had a high back chair.No Heat had to keep turning fireplace to get lil heat.Bathroom no railing to place wet towels.Towel were dingy no trash can .Takes at least 8 minutes for water to get hot in shower.The front desk was friendly but that’s just a phasoge for all the problems.I would not recommend this place for anyone

The beds were terrible the phone wasn’t even hooked up kept running out of hot water and there were stink bugs everywhere

The AC did not work properly. My room was put right beside the elevator. Wen requested to be moved no response. No clean towels available.

Super convenient and quite nice. It was weird that the front desk was not staffed at night and that the lobby doors locked at 11pm. One elevator was out the second half of our stay leading to long waits but otherwise quite nice.
