This lovely apartment is located in the Salzach valley in the pretty town of Piesendorf, which is around 5km west of Kaprun. The apartment building is perched on the hill, overlooking the town, which means it has some great views along the valley, and everywhere you look you see our beautiful mountains. The apartment is located on the second floor. It is 110 m² and has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed within providing beds for 6 people. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room with a sink and wc. There is also a sofa bed in the living area, which could allow up to 8 to sleep at the property. The large hall area provides a nice welcome as you walk in with plenty of space for hats and coats, and leading off you will find all the other rooms. The main bathroom is a good size and has a bath with shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Inside this room, you will also find laundry facilities including a washer and dryer, which can make life very convenient. A separate toilet is located next to the main bathroom. The main living area is a large open plan area, with superb views out to the mountains, with a centrally located dining area with kitchen facilities to the right and the lounge area to the left. There is a balcony off to both sides of the dining area, with access via sliding doors. This modern open plan area has high ceilings and really is a great focal point for an enjoyable vacation in the Alps. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you enjoy your stay.
