Trước khi đến tôi có gọi qua số hotline báo mình cần phòng từ 2am ngày 18/8/2023 đến 9pm ngày 19/8/2023 thì là bao nhiêu đêm và gia tiền thế nào, họ hướng dẫn mình là 2 đêm, báo giá và mình chuyển khoản giữ phòng.Đến khi check out thì tính mình tiền phòng 3 đêm, mình có hỏi tại sao lại như vậy thì 1 bạn lễ tân tên Hương tỏ thái độ rất vô văn hoá, nói mình : em phải dùng cái đầu để suy nghĩ, nhân viên chị làm đúng, em phải trả 3 đêm.Mình có nói là : em là khách, không phải nhân viên của chị, chị có thể nói chuyện nhỏ nhẹ và giải thích cho em rõ được không, hoặc chị có thể gọi cho bạn lễ tân đã xác nhận với em để hỏi giùm được không. Bạn này lúc đó đang trong ca làm mà lại uống bia rượu, đã say ngà ngà nên nói năng và hành động rất mất dạy. Sau khi mình thanh toán tiền phòng thì bạn ấy bảo mình có dùng 1 chai nước (thực ra mình không có dùng gì cả), mình không chịu thì bạn ấy nói: mày có tin tao không cho mày về sài gòn luôn không.Không chịu trả căn cước công dân cho bạn mình, con nạt bạn mình phải đưa tiền bằng hai tay và còn bảo : em phải nói thế nào Do mình có đặt cọc truóc bằng chuyển khoản, khi tính tiền, bạn đó có coi lại lịch sử tin nhắn trước đó, có bằng chứng chuyển khoản của mình vậy mà bạn vẫn cố ý không trả căn cước công dân cho bạn mình, lấy lý do : chị phải xem lại xem có đúng là em đã chuyển khoản không, để cho mình bị trễ xe trung chuyển. Khách sạn 2 sao nhưng nội thất rất xuống cấp, phòng không sạch sẽ, đêm ngủ bạn mình bị bóng đè, thái độ lễ tân thì lồi lõm. Thật lòng khuyên không nên chọn khách sạn này nha mọi người
